I think that area that looks like a second smaller cyst could have been a scar from a previous emptying of the cyst but it came back. I don’t think it will come back again with Thuy on the job this time. 😊
Legend has it that to this day stuff is still coming out. people go visit the hole and bring peace offerings to ease the wrath of the gods and hope that one day this can come to an end
Anyone who complained that Thuy needs to squeeze in different directions obviously didn’t watch the entire video. At about 4:57 she changes direction of her squeezes and continues to use mostly 4 fingers from all directions until the end. Great extraction!
I could be wrong, but I think this could be an old recurring cyst that may have been partly extracted before, perhaps more than once. So what we may be seeing are pieces of several different sacs, with the thickest being the oldest, and so forth. By slicing thru them with the blade Thuy has enabled the contents to be extracted topsy-turvy, mixed up with the various pieces of sac. No way to know what’s left.
Actually the cyst's contents is what keeps clogging her opening and she is merely reaching in with her scalpel, trying to break up the cyst's contents enough so she can express them. Cysts can become compartmentalized due to the structures it has to grow through and down deeper.
Thuy dissects the contents to determine if it is the dead skin cells verses the sac. Once she gets to the sack she knows she can then pull it through and end the procedure.
@@sharonwells9593 I would have liked to see her use a needle, though, instead of only the blade. A needle can be used to break up the cyst contents for easier expression, without having to enlarge the hole and risk a bigger scar.
This is Vietnam, as most people don’t have the means to pay for a physician.
