It's absolutely CRAZY that over 50,000 people watched that review, and many potential players probably thought to themselves "nah, this looks crap" and will never play the game.
And their intro to the game all combo they did missed 🤣🤣🤣 dayum peak gameplay from them
It’s always the hoyo fans creating bots to discourage ppl while saying lies.. even in the comments🙄 they’re so annoying
They called Stellar Blade a bad game that has more sales than a few AAA games combined in a year. 😅
Now they're defending Hoyoverse. I can't believe how they always choose the worst side.
well it's IGN

You can tell that he didn't play act 6 just because...he's THAT ignorant and idiotic to play it for his "review".
True.
Fish-like dragon..... No way.......
LMAO yup! A "fish-like dragon!"
@@Stixxy he must have " glasses like bottles " 🤣🤣🤣
Well, according to chinese mythology, they're not technically wrong... Chinese dragons are strongly associated with water and weather in popular religion. They have 4 major dragons representing each of the "4 seas". Besides, they have scales like carps and they move like snakes or fish.
@@MikeCordeiro666 yeah , but the way you explain, your concept is absolute right, makes all dragons look like snake fishes, but the guy in the video sounded like, only Jiyan dragon is looking like a fish,
my fists thoughts was , ok in genshin the dragons dosen't look like fishes ? like what then... like birds ? LMAO
@@MikeCordeiro666 Isn't Qinglong specifically represent wood? It's part of five deities not dragon kings of the seas.

Purposely picking Yangyang voicelines over and over again, how can they be more obvious
LMAO yup. They purposefully chose to not showcase Jiyan, or Aalto, or Scar. Because it fits their narrative.
@@Stixxy or anyone, really. Yangyang and Rover to me are the only ones that sounds poorly done. Everyone else is decent or great.
@@XenoWarsI contrary to popular belief think that Yangyang and both of the Rovers, for the most part, suit a more monotone stoic voice, compared to somebody like Scar or Aalto
@@AratakiBullPowerSiddo1 that's the thing, a stoic voice. You need to establish why someone has stoic voice. Was it their past/childhood, or they have a frail sickly body, or did they have trauma, or any reason to justify. So, why do you think Yangyang is ok to have stoic voice?
hey, at least they didn't use female rover. i actually think Yangyang isn't too bad, fits her character pretty well.
didnt even talk about the weapon banner and the whole endgame content. one of those paid actors
Yup. "Everything is mediocre, boring and generic."
*skips everything*
That's why lmao.
Yeah they definitely should’ve mentioned the weapon banner, the way Kuro scammed JP players with it would’ve made another great point as to why wuwa sucks
As a player at UL 41, can I ask please what the endgame is and at what lvl it starts?
@@rianmilit wuwa endgame starts on day one when you collect your first echo. Wuwa endgame is literally just echo farming to more comfortably complete content like holograms and the abyss equivalent. That is what your endgame will look like. The same thing you’ve been doing, with more and more diminishing returns. Same as genshin lol.
@@rianmilit Endgame is echo farming, their Elusive realm game mode which is like a rogue lite, their form of a tower game mode, and some other extra things like the hologram boss challenges. They probably will add more end game content in the future. As Kuro games actually listens to the playerbase unlike genshin dev team.

i'm not even gonna bother going into the whole nonexistent endgame which makes farming for artifacts even more of a waste of time in the first place.
Those rumors that IGN is paid out by Hoyo are starting to have some credibility.
Im convinced.
A bunch of sellouts indeed.
I doubt it, I never trusted the ign reviews since the stellar blade drama I have been hearing about it
I don't think so. I saw one of them playing Wuwa. And I don't think they are going to waste their money literally for reviewing from nobody.
Nah even Mihoyo themselves are cool with Kuro. Stuff like their ppl playing the game, letting the game ads be around their work place, etc.
This just ur typical IGN brainrot
doubt it, IGN is just racist toward asian developers, just like what thy did also to black myth wukong
Remember they talk shit about Stellar Blade saying eve model is not real, like, wth? Did they ever seen women in person? I bet not.
Haha, they seem to just trash on good games - possibly for money.
@@Stixxyyess, exactly what I thought, they just gave good score to a major game or major company, Let's see if they give silent hill 2 remake an 8 or 9, i'm about to knock those people door at night.
No, they are pandering to the forced DEI score, its more proven that they "intentionally" gave higher scores for games with "higher" DEI scores.
There is literally a video documentary about IGN connections to racket companies that make you pay money for not ruining your game's reputation, it's from a russian channel and is called "Sweet Baby Inc ШАНТАЖИРУЕТ Разработчиков | GamerGate 2"
I saw a comment from another yt video and thought it was very interesting. So I will just copy&paste in this channel.
Here’s the comment :
*i think the score is fine ,but the way they comment on the game is very bad , 80% of video they talk abt music and story telling , the weak part from wuwa , and like like 10% they talk abt the gameplay , cutscene , exploration . That not review , it a straight up complain video.*
Yes, I think this comment put into words what I was thinking. A score of 7 is a little harsh but still fair, but the video didn't put enough emphasis on the good parts. I'm playing WuWa for the future potential, but saying that the game in its current state is merely good it pretty fair.
I agree, for me it's a solid 8, but the combat part is a 9
I agree that they don't spend enough time going into specifics as to why exploration and combat is good, but every negative that was talked about was completely true. A lot of people say its biased, I just think its not a well formatted review. The score and reasoning is fair though imo
3:45 i mean dude is litterally attacking the air and missing the big ass turtle and switching activate skill for like 5 seconds.... and he upload this for his review and expect us to take him seriously ?
LMAO he saw a ghost!
There's so many skill issues in this single clip alone and it's hilarious
This is a very obvious NPC hate review. Just another tactic on making the game fail
You, absolutely crazy!
did he just say that wuwa’s elemental system is a palate swap… every elemental system is essentially a palate swap of of +/-dmg
only genshin tried being unique with it and it has the downside of being too centered around it to the point some characters are stripped down to just their elements and/or the aspect of their kit that enables it
That's my biggest gripe about Genshin.
Outside Anemo or Geo unit.
Every other character is carried by their elemental reaction to the point they feels like shit to play without.
Elemental reaction should of been a boost to already independent unit instead its a crunch as without it they're trash.
Characters like Hu Tao or Xiangling are seen as very strong mainly because they have capabilities in abusing reaction. Without that they're trash which shouldn't be the case as they're too Dependant on that.
Many characters ends up feeling incomplete without playing them in a specific reaction system (Ayaka without freeze) which he something you don't feel in WuWa from my experience.
Kuro tradet interesting elemental application for better individual character strength which makes the game less of a strategy but more of reflex and skill one which works with its hack and slash nature.
To top it off, element aren't' equal as vape, melt and so on are Bette than crystalize, electro charge etc...
It makes the elemental system very unbalanced and doesn't reward players for playing an unit (dodge, parry, learn enemy pattern) but for knowing how to abuse the reactions and unga bunga your way with it.
People shit on it but Geo crystalize is actually how all reaction should be.
A buff but not crucial to use like Geo unit do.
@@dendenmushi9714 yup, once the novelty wears off it gets rather boring
at genshin current point in its life span new characters are just different ways of applying reaction and if theyre waifu/husbando material or not, you arent pulling for gameplay anymore when your gonna apply the exactly same set of strategy to them
Element system has been done to death for decades genshit didnt do anything unique
Ah yes...IGN...the best review channel to ever exist......
I don't think I have EVER seen them make a good review. Also a STORY DRIVEN GAME? Really? smh...
You mean the story that I skipped because I was falling asleep? Lol. I'm here for the combat, not the story.
Wuwa is a "story rich " game as said by devs themselves especially on their yt account.
@@Voiddrifter725, its also a gacha game which are all story driven. Kuro fans are just coping way too hard, the story is bad, they failed to do deliver it from many angles. Just accept it lmao
Just to add how funny it is:
-Them bashing the game with an amnesiac traveler with no memory of thar past. GEE didnt genshite impact do the same where they take FREAKING A YEAR OR SOMETHING LONGER, to reveal the traveler was actually in a coma, woke up by thar `sibling`, had to run away from a country being annilated, had no idea what happened before waking up and only had to go off what thar sibling said before they got sealed and put into ANOTHER coma before waking up in the country of monstadt, only to time skip to where we just picked up our replacement for actual vocal cords, by feeshing up the thing out of the water randomly.
Atleast with Wuthering waves, hell even Ark knights in that same picture:
-Its established early on that we HAD an actual past and the characters around are actually aware of it.
-Ark knights the Doctor was established as some cold as fk commander for a country now desolate who pulled all kinds of war crime level tier actions and with Wuthering Waves, we are likely the second coming of some ancient being who could absorb Tangent discords naturally, likely was what lead to the creation of the echo system and also appeared another time, in a organization called Black Shores which was established to keep track of the freaking calamities and what not.
And Wuthering Waves only has to establish all that within the first chapter of the game, where Genshite impact tried to bread crumb so hard that most likely forgot about that damn story and saw that more of an annoying distraction of us sight-seeing other regions and building up our collection of a harem of waifus and husbandos and even solving conviently placed issues that only get to escalate soon as we arrive. Where as Wuthering Waves, stuff was already a freaking mess and its because everyone was waiting on a prophecy that had LOADS of fakes swarming in already that it worked better and likely any future regions after that will either be us retracing our `past` or actually confronting calamities predicted to appear, meaning WuWa`s region hopping could likely jump all across the word then be locked to only regions that are just bordering the region we were in previously only.
Which would make more sense to have entire areas be massive dead-zones because of the calamity making them a dead-zone for anyone to walk in, then the only reason we couldnt goto other regions just yet was cause a certain damn mascot whining in our ear all the time.
@@BladeSerph , bro your genshin part is not even right lmao. Actual 0 reading comprehension. First of all - no, the travel only fell into coma once, both of them did. The protagonist you choose awakens 500 years or something after your sibling does. Your sibling awakens before cataclysm took place and most likely they awakened in khaenriah rather than mondstadt based on the way that the game is setting it up to be. Genshin doesn't have amnesia mc, both siblings traveled across stars together and they still remember those memories. Genshin grand story is all about parallels between your sibling journey and yours. And saying "there is no main story progression", well yeah, because the main story of the game is built like a shonen anime. The grand story build itself up slowly and and during that you have all those different arcs happening. Thats not a bad thing, that a thing you desperately want to be seen as bad because you don't like genshin
I'm gonna quote what I wrote in IGN's review video:
"Genshin Impact's story is one of its weaker points, packed full with anime cliches and convoluted magical jargon and it meanders from one amusing misadventure to another with little cohesion. Thankfully, none of that is a dealbreaker!" - IGN's Genshin story review in which they gave it 9/10. For comparison, the same points were brought up in Wuthering Waves' story review, just 18 times longer, in which they gave the game 7/10. Totally unbiased!
ign isn't an entity but a lot of people, so yea, depends on the reviewer and how much they where willing to put up with anime shit xd

The WuWa gameplay is by a mile my favourite of any gacha game I've played. The issues (small character pool, the story) will I know improve in time - hopefully not too long haha. But there's so much to do and so much to explore, I just love the game! Can't wait for more
Exactly... It's been barely almost a month... On a game that is supposed be about longevity. Story and characters only got better as the game progressed, imagine what they can do from here on out. LET KURO COOK!!!
Small character pool is a non - issue. The game is only 1 month old.
Story and voice overs can be fix.
Real issue is Echoes system. No matter how much Kuro try to fix it. It will be limiting factor that will divide casuals from hardcore to continue playing after a couple more months.
I somewhat disagree with the story. I do agree that later chapter like 5-6 are really good from a gacha standpoint. But I think the pacing is FAR better than other gacha games I've played. I think the weakest chapter by far is chapter 2, and I'd personally rate it like a 3 or 4/10. But as for the rest? I think Kuro did well. Sure they could've made it more engaging, but they cant have the entire story high octane like in act 5-6. It makes sense to have the downtime, to catch up the player with the lore and the world, otherwise we're just met with just combat, combat, combat and very minimal story.
TLDR; I think the story is better than people make it out to be. Not amazing, but a solid 7.4/10 for me.
and what is more funny is that they give genshin a 9
LOL
Hoyo probably paid them to make a good review about their game...

Yangyang voice is worst? 😥😭😭 Yo what am i the only one who likes that calm voice ?
Her voice is calming but that’s pretty much it. There’s no emotion or volume in anything she says, Rover could be in a life or death battle and she’ll still have the same calming tone, it doesn’t sound like she’s a real person talking. If you listen to any of the other languages, you’ll hear the difference, the emotion and the tone that the english voice is lacking. She basically sounds monotone and flat despite having a calm and soothing voice.
@@faithplaysgames1399 I just did Act 6 yesterday, and that calm monotone voice at the moment she stayed behind lol. Did not fit the situation one bit, especially when her actions and movement were implying she was being loud and expressive.
That's why i used JP voice version, The emotions is there, from start we found out till the end of Act 6 her voice is good to hear and is because 2B is also have same VA. You need to try it, bro.

Idk how anyone could give Genshin a 9, especially after playing WuWa. I used to no life and i mean NO LIFE Genshin. I was a constant Welkin and BP buyer, and I had 100% regions like Fontaine, Petrichor, almost all of Sumeru, and Chenyu Vale. After playing WuWa for a mere week, I didn't want to ever login to Genshin again, even for the archon quest since i knew Paimon would be there and thered be no skip button. Exploration in Genshin is primative compared to WuWa. You simply cannot go back due to the sheer QoL and freedom WuWa gives you. Combat is simply incomparable. WuWa is lightyears better. Now, i will say that technically, Genshin has better lore, but the story wasnt even good in 1.0 and even up until Sumeru imo. WuWa had a few messy acts, but by Act 6 they had really created something special, and they give so much more personality and importance to their characters within the quest than Genshin ever does. Much more care within the animations, you get to play and trial characters constantly, they have cinematic moments mid fight with said characters, etc. I think WuWas artstyle is better and much easier on the eyes. The character models are great too. It just feels like the game actually takes the player seriously. Gonna be giving all my money to Kuro from now on
Easily. It comes down to preference, I've played both games and the one thing I'll say is Genshin set up its world and characters at the start way better, and it didnt bombard you with alot of terminology that was difficult to understand and confuse within the first hour or so. If you like Wuwa's combat better then completely fair, but Wuwa does not beat Genshin in every category, Genshin has much better story for the first few acts in terms of consistency [asking someone to wait for it to get good is a hallmark failure of writing.] Has better voice direction, and the combat isnt terrible. Wuwa saw fit to copy Genshin but is still tripping on itself. Maybe it'll be able to stand on its own and not be a genshin clone V2 in a year or so, but rn it's not exactly what I'd expect of an opening act after playing five different gachas overall.
So you say you used to no life Genshin, and then confused as to why it got a 9. You know they reviewed Genshin during the time it came out right. Are you stupid
@@youngeli5974 seek help
@@Heinrich_HeinThe one hill that I would stand on is that Genshin has a very good starting story. Paimon and the Traveler establish the main goal, which is to find the Sibling, and Mondstadt gives us a simple story to follow: save the city from the evil dragon. It is simple enough for new players to follow, and they kept it short and straightforward.
@@Heinrich_Hein true, it all about preference. For me myself as a casual fan of monster hunter, dmc and fighting game, what the most important of a video game is the combat that what I come to like the media, if i want story i read a novel, I can play other music while playing the game.
Those china dev need to report to CCP dis was atk to china
Just asking, how high would you rate PGR stories compared to Wuwa? Never play the game so it got me curious. If it is good then i might want to play it. Currenly, only Nikke and Snowbreak got me hooked?
I would say the first few chapters are very slow and the lack of VA in the story is also pretty bad. That being said, some of the story chapters are extremely well done and the art direction is top tier. Go take a look at some cinematics from patches like left unsaid, cinder burns, fake ascension, echo aria, surviving lucem etc. to make up your mind.
Haters gonna hate lol...

Hi i just want ask when will be the PS5 Release for wuthering waves come, because it feels unbearable for me to play it on my laggy mobile device 😭
Let's be honest, the "reviewer" probably never played the game themselves. They hired some intern to play the game for footage and clipped the parts they need.
It kinda reminds me of the failed G4 gaming channel from a few years a ago. "Our reviews are written and produced by a team of people..."
Benefit of the doubt on ONE critique. The elements do sometimes feel like a color pallete swap, since early game they dont do much for the player but are just elemental debuffs too the player with different forms of hurt. Where as most games have the whole clichie fire burns ice freeze ect ect. Stuff that isnt so apparently early on.
To be fair: the encyclopedia thing at 7:50 ; I totally agree. I didn't skip story or anything but they used so many terms one after the other, that at some point, I started getting confused by what is what. They tell you what each term is but with so different many terms, you mix everything. Genshin made it a lot better because there were a lot less terms and you could understand from the names directly. (I mean, even them made a big mistake between resonance skill and resonance liberation. Elemental skill and elemental burst are more expressive) (And I say all that while prefering Wuwa over Genshin)
9:19 And I also agree with the characters suddenly showing up with little explanation and little introduction. A good example: When at the start of act 6, you suddenly have Taoqi, Lingyang and Yuanwu suddenly show up. Wuwa made 14 characters + 4 mysterious characters appear in the first part of the first chapter (don't forget the chapter isn't finished); Genshin only 7 +1 mysterious while having a bigger roster at release.
IMO, Lingyang, Taoqi and Yanwu shouldn't appear (or only in the background); Encore should have appeared on a companion quest; Baizhi and mortefi shares the same role; same for Yangyang and chixia. I could understand Chixia and Yangyang in the old story (the one doubting you and the one supporting you), but now, it was unnecessary to have them both accompany you from the start
Also, IGN could have finished the main quests: act 6 only require union level 21.
Honestly, it's a bad review, but far from the worst review from IGN
IGN must have skipped everything with Scar, the best villain in any Gacha game.
THEY DON'T EVEN MENTION ABOUT DATA BANKS!!😂😂

IGN gave Death Stranding a 9/10, mainly for it's world building.
Wuthering Waves story / world building is heavily inspired by Death Stranding. It's not an exact copy, they did make it unique enough to be different, but the inspiration is extremely obvious.
The Lament = The Death Stranding.
Resonant Rain = Timefall
Resonators = Dooms
Scar = Higgs
Fractsidus = Homo Demens
TDs = BTs
Sonorospheres = The Beach
Tacetite = Chiralium
The list goes on with similarities, but they do get less obvious from there.

There are positives in this review...The number one is that it was IGN that did it which is...yeah, we all know how good they are with their reviews.
and IGN will give a score of 9 to all Mihoyo's games with minor points but give Wuwa a bad score because of minor points. After I saw the traces of IGN reviewers, it turned out that they were big lovers of Mihoyo games. IGN is nothing more than just a Community that needs money in a bad way
If he thinks these villains are good, wait till he finds Limbus Company
Edit: He played Limbus awhile ago!
3:56 Looking at it objectively, I gotta agree here. Outside of the elemental Miniors being immune to specific elements and some character synergies, WuWa's elemental system is definitely shallow and far away the weakest aspect of the game's combat right now. You can use any element on mostly any enemy, and the only difference is the color of the numbers that pop on the screen. Moreover, whatever element you use has no effect whatsoever on the overworld. So yeah for the most part, it really is pretty much a palette swap.
IGN the guy who calls anime cartoons
Maybe he just ranting out and create that video because losing 50:50 bet on limited banner , who knows ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
1:19 Can you even change dub at the start of the game? I could only change it once I got access to in-game settings.
13:44 True, lmao. Jiyan hasn't left my team since I got him.
I think what they meant by "palette swap" is that elements does not react to each other... but then again that would be a different game....

They didn't even give the combat system more than a couple seconds of a description, and describing it as "challenging" when it took me only a few minutes to get my head around combat is honestly a massive underestimation of their viewers.
For reference, wuwa is the first game I've played with open-world reactive battling. I've never played a game with a similar battle system, and I came into the game knowing there'd be a skill curve to get past. I'd kept myself locked into turn-based games (like pokemon or reverse 1999) until wuthering waves, and I do not regret picking this as my first skill-based combat game.
Genshin could never
3:00 mentioning genshin impact is good for the algorithm, IGN knows
I'm not usually one to defend IGN (they suck), but I think by "palette swap" he might have been referring to the lack of elemental combos and status effects. I would have liked to have had something there too.
I turned off the English voice because of Yangyang early on. Tried to turn it back on the other day since I was done with the main story, went to do the Lingyang story quest, went back to the Japanese voices. lol. Some of the English voices I heard in the brief window there were pretty decently done, though. Yinlin and Encore, Baizhi was pretty good.
Still can't get Yinlin's weapon, though...argh! I should get enough asterite for another 10-pull tonight. I have got to be close to the guarantee by now!
6:00 you made me remember my good old days on Florensia, farming 1h to get 0.2% of xp xD
I feel like wuwa community is becoming what they swore to destroy 💀
Think it’s crazy bc I just started and am only union 16 but have been having so much fun and genuinely enjoyed yinlins quest. It’s been enjoyable as someone who really never stepped into the hoyo games as much as some
based on their review i even would doubt that most of the gameplay showed in their video is gameplay of the playthrough from the person who reviewed. Cuz they talk so much stuff that ends up not making sense for someone who would've played the game until to Union lvl 31.
this guy is union 31 and still haven't made that much progress on echo farming😭
If it's not a main stream or a FPS, except a 7/10, at most.
true, but they actually gave genshin a 9 despite the guy saying that genshin has so many drawbacks. Its just a scret bribery or bias idk
I, for one, loved the english dub, but for all the wrong reasons. The first time that Yangyang "said" Jue is it sounded like she dry heaved, i laughed hysterically. It is mostly yangyang, Rover is just kind of flat and monotone, but yangyang! Yangyang is so scuff that it circles back to being amazing and i love her for it. You can tell when they clipped over her mispronouncing certain words, she still cant say Jue, it is like Evil Dead or the Room.
Edit: this is just my opinion, but i do want to note, the voice acting in 1.0 wuthering waves is so much better than 2.0 ff14. People think the "you wont get away" is bad, go watch the cutscene after you defeat the final A Realm Reborn boss. "aaaaaah?"
bruh ive made 3 accounts 42 on one 28 on another and 36 on my 3rd it took me 1 day to finish story most of the worlds open worlds quests and hit UL30 and i have 30+ cubes left for waveplates this dude basically did the tutorial and thats it
Dude your glazing weathering wave so hard right now and for my side of opinion is i play honkai star rail then weathering wave
I actually like the story so far in Wuthering waves, as well as the combat, wall running among other things that Genshin doesn't have. I also like the music. Minor gripe is some dialog accidents like referring female rover to a male or using they/them instead of she/her. The voice acting was better than I thought, but not spectacular(English version).
i do agree too much exposition at the beginning. they should spread it out slowly. Here's the list of unfamiliar words and lore within 10 mins of playing before reaching the city :
1. Tacet Discord
2. Huanglong
3. Sentinel
4. Loong
5. Jinzhou
6. Magistrate
7. Etheric Sea
8. Tacet Field > Dormant Time > Form Time
9. Echo > Reverberation
10. Data Bank > Pangu Terminal
11. Qiankun
they just put the explanation on top of the word. i feel like they shoehorned it all at the beginning
I pretty sure every scene shown about voice acting was yangyang. (Not going back to check on that)
well the reviewer wasn't completely wrong about jiyan's ult being a fish instead of a dragon. Both have scales...
lvl 0 to 35 if you are a free to play o a casual player with 1 to 2 hrs daily takes about 6 days but a hardcore player can get there in 10 hrs xD
Calling the "elemental system" [Wuthering doesn't HAVE one beyond resistance checks] a palette swap is literally Genshin Brainrot.
lmao
mmm if the anti know dragon can born from fish , he would never say fish liked dragon lol
At some point in the IGN video he says something like "The story doesn't explain anything". I feel like he's trying to say that the story doesn't have an ending.
Is no one gonna remind this idiot that Genshin story doesn't have an ending after almost 4 years and probably won't have one in another 2-3 years if not more?
Has he EVER played a gacha game before? What gacha game releases with a complete story? WTF are these guys smoking?
when the IGN reviewer was talking about palette swap, they were talking about the elements specifically, which is admittedly very true. it quite literally is just a color change and has no impact on anything, and we know wuwa in beta had a knockoff genshin reaction system which was taken out. it'd be confusing to anyone coming from genshin considering it's the closest comparison. idk, i thought the IGN review was pretty apt, your reactions seemed pretty nitpicky
IGN talking about encyclopediatic definitions in the game is really true stix, I'm afraid you should it in a perspective of a new player.
It's not really that good for a gacha game to insert too word deepen information as it's not ideal and makes it more confusing.
Especially because not a lot of people have the capacity to slow down and read properly coz the story just isn't enticing.
I am not going to lie though, I don’t know any of the game’s terminology because I just spam the skip button too. Not really interested in the story.
Haha that makes sense though! If you skip, there’ll be things you don’t understand!
The same bloody idiots complaining why the story doesn't make sense.
thats no problem at all, whats not fine is when someone makes a review about it like this
its okay, the game literally put the skip feature there. Its just the IGN guy that contradict many points of his
Bro called the story quest bad without actually going into the story. For example the shepherd exposition Scar gave was what I'd expect from Kuro's parable style writing
And then went on to say that the terms weren't explained, when the main issue of it being a lore dump was because the terms were being constantly explained
Peak review
There's only few positive things to say about WuWa from a casual player perspective but he couldn't even touch on those topics. It's not hard to give credit where credit is due. The exploration is fun, combat is amazing, the gacha is generous, and the devs actually listen to the community! Although he right about the story being kinda lackluster, the music in game is only great were the battles are (which makes sense since this game is combat focused), and the material and echo farming does get a little repetitive to the point of burning out early but nobody's forcing anyone to log in everyday to grind. It's not that bad.
I object the mourning aix side quest was boring or subpar and I bet the reviewer didn’t even beat the Dreamless himself he probably pussed out because of the difficulty of the Boss fight
Sonic fans: first time?
I wont call WuWa a Genshin copy, to me it’s a REWORKED genshin with better combat and devs who listens. WuWa is genshin without greediness added to it.
everybody knows the coral is for extra pulls for your new waifu, you don't need to get a character 2 times that's belony, gameplay is king
He was pointing out that the elements have no purpose and I strongly agree with that. It was quite disappointing to find out that fire had no advantage whatsoever over ice...yeah first game in history to do something as dumb as that. Don't get me wrong thou, I do love the game.
I just feel bad for Yang yang's EN va at this point. She was amazing in other games, I really think it's in voice direction where the issue lies.
I think they adress it to fix on 1.1
The 1.0 main story is a prologue to the beginning of the story. 1.1 is the start.
To be honest I love the game but I kinda understand most of the flaws IGN pointed out HOWEVER giving it a 2 is like totally undermining the game vastly potential.
In the ignorants defenses, Sea Serpebts are also seen as asian dragons in some myths
10 seconds into that vid, and I already had to stop watching cuz I can't AFFORD to break my computer
IGN should have reviewed the Japanese, Mandarin and Korean dub too... why is it only english?
That guy must not like a challenge looool also bro must not know how ideas are made lol because it’s pretty hard to come up with a completely new game with new stuff that hasn’t been done already or similar to other games
