Lack of power 2000 f250 7.3

My 7.3 all of a sudden lost all power on my low tunes but it runs better in my higher tunes. My tunes have the correct hex code. Leak tested the turbo and intercooler all tested good. Changed ipr. Any help is appreciated thank you

Keith Rudi yes the boost fooler wasn't properly set and it was messing with the mapping for fueling the engine

Powerstrokin' I’m having a similar issue after installing the PHP however I don’t have an aftermarket boost fooler. Also I have a manual and the power loss comes at a different RPM in each setting. Any ideas?
