Personally I think this Royal Enfield Continental is my favorite. And the build you have done here is just perfect! For my style of riding this would do nicely🤓
Just bought a 2022 same color, and like that exhaust. A couple of questions for ya. 1) Have any recommendations for all black rear shocks? 2) How would you blackout the engine covers?
I thought that was an outstanding video. It's clear that you and the other designers are artists as well as being good engineers. It has made me, at nearly eighty years of age, want to buy that beautiful bike. 🙂. I liked and subscribed.
Great job and sharp looking bike! I purchased mine in 1/23 and love it. I've done several mods including the TEC Stinger exhaust. I was considering the engine guards but concerned they will make contact with the exhaust. I see you managed to get them on there. Can they be installed after installing the exhaust and do they make any contact with the pipe?
Yes, the engine guards can be installed with the TEC stinger exhaust. We install them after the exhaust system is already on the bike. The right side engine guard will slightly interfere with the downpipe of the exhaust system. You will have to gently pull the engine guard away from the downpipe using a suitable leverage bar and soft spacers to avoid scarfing and scratching. You will have to move it about 4-6 mm, about 1/4 of an inch.
We have a detailed video that answers your exact question! Give it a watch here: th-cam.com/video/4QyFCEcaIC8/w-d-xo.html Do Wider Tires fit on my Continental GT650?
I have a little small doubt i hope so you could help in it i have changed 2×2 full system exhaust for my royal Enfield continental gt 650 but the left side is shorter in length than the right side by 1 and half inch when asked to the dealer he said that it is even like that on stock exhaust but i cant find the difference in stock one so could you people help me in it whether is it ok to have the left side short or the stock exhaust itself is like that could you please help me
There's no downside. We rarely, if at all, have them come back for warranty concerns, and we sell hundreds of RE's every year. In online forums, people are only going to post when they have troubles, not every time they have a joyous ride, which makes problems appear to be more prevalent than they actually are. The few postings online of people having an isolated issue can be helpful, but sometimes can also be caused by outside influence they fail to mention. A few points to keep in mind.
The single no-bitch-in-the-back saddle appears quite short compared to the loop and fender, and the ugly additional loop/handle has to go, just good for grandpa’s bikes…..
A few tips...dump the stock turn signals and brake lights for something much smaller, led and more classic looking. Cut the rear tail off. Put a yellow head light on it. Put 120s on front. 150s on rear. Upgrade rear shocks with the TEC. And the bike will look a ton better
Nice job altough...i would never ever sacrifice the look of a two upswept exhaust. It was one of the reason I bought this bike.

Nice job. Also add the sump guard. It’s installed on my bike and it helps to protect the oil filter
Bros having dream garage ♥️
Looks and sounds beautiful

You forgot to nix that stupid grab rail.
Which exhaust is that ? And how much
The link to the exhaust is here! 2-1 Stinger Exhaust System: www.uralne.com/2-1-stinger-exhaust-system-for-650cc-models-royal-enfield/
Would love to own one. Whats the down side to the Continental 650? Ive seen on threads people have issues with the oil leaking and over heating

We never have seen that at the dealer i work at .These bikes are built very good!
Там Волга ? )
how easy is it to remove the baffle on this exhaust?
It is very easy! We show you how to do it in our video review of this exhaust --> th-cam.com/video/pVSaiKnKBaw/w-d-xo.html
Tec does not recommend running this muffler without the baffle in place. I understand a baffle with a wider opening is available.
This ain't the 2023 version of RE GT 650, but the previous generation
There's no mechanical difference tho
They are the same .The 650 twins are all the same!

Absolutely right!
And get rid of that stupid ugly handle in the back!…
