I think you're one of the best tutorial makers on Parkside products, at least from what I've seen (But God you don't know how many hundreds of bad tutorials I've seen from other beginners... sorry for the time and of the fact that some want to be laughed at at all costs). I don't know what professional qualification you may have but it doesn't matter either as long as you do the tutorials perfectly, patiently, well organized in your work, PRO video editing, the smallest details and inspired comparisons for our edification. TH-cam should give you a GOLD BUTTON, not those who post playful cats (they are funny cats, but where is the work in making the clip, editing, etc.?). It's a lot of work for you and no reward. But our appreciation and the thought of gratitude for all you do should make your day better!

For anyone interested the green angle grinder i8 version has the same aluminum head as the performance.literally you can exchange heads.

i bet the 9000 rpm is because of the speed controller with tachometer that modulate power to keep constant rpm and need to work on lower rpm than max to have spare power on max speed setting
its the same in high quality grinders , it works better because motor keep constant rpm and you won't have issues with "jumping" cutting disc on the material etc

Or because they plan to use the same body for 150mm grinder :-) As I usually do much more grinding and sanding than cutting, I prefer bigger power, lower speed an hence a higher torque.

The latest green is the i8 version and the brushes have the same connections as the performance. Also, no play in the shaft or anywhere else. Further more it is an angle grinder, so a little bit of play doesn't matter at all. Now you see why the performance has lower speed. Because they gave it more torgue.

What for detached power cord? Maybe they wanted to make the grinder longer end less comfortable.

speed in steps - so wrong, the early milwaukee quick-lok cable - it wasnt great even on milwuakee... wrong.. 9000rpm is not enough.
