At the time of this flight (September 2020), I was still in flight school for my private pilot license PPL.
This flight was recorded, for the video to be used mainly as a debriefing tool for me to review and check how I did things (since my flight instructor wasn't sitting next to me), to continually improve.
For this flight, the flight training syllabus stated a flight to a controlled airport with tower, so I decided to take the opportunity to fly to Zürich.
I got a late landing clearance due to departing traffic and it was quite windy/gusty the entire flight.
Zürich Airport normally sees over 31 Million passengers a year and more than 275'000 flight movements, but it wasn't nearly as busy as it normally is.

Very well done little video! I‘m surprised that general aviation still has access to LSZH and even a friendly voice at ATC. In Kloten my professional aviation career started over 40 years ago, now I have just sold my very last aircraft and call it quits. May I congratulate you on the clearest GA overlay of charts on a TH-cam video. Fantastic graphical overlay (on the wing) and throughout. Really helped with the situational awareness whilst viewing. I was a little worried for you and the possible jet blast - but landing short I guess a large amount of separation wasn't mandatory and looked to be without an issue. Excellent - Thanks.

Traffic there is so poor these days you can imagine...I think ATC totally asleep these days and they need as much as possible to land there to keep them trained.

Jean....we have a number of mountainous areas here in the U.S. If you get the chance to road trip through any of them you won't be bored or disappointed, especially when driving through the Rockies in summer.
