- These fried QUESADILLA TACOS DORADOS will hit the spot! Let me show you how I make delicious cheese stuffed quesadillas then turn them into tacos. Your family will ask for these every time, they are so easy to make and they are super hearty. You can use your favorite cheese, and they are the perfect family night recipe. I’ll show you how I make them step by step. ❤️

INGREDIENTS----------
1 lb Breakfast steak (aka Milanesa, thin shoulder steak) you can use your favorite beef.
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 C. Chopped Onions
Salt
Pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/8-1/4 C. Oil
MASA INGREDIENTS-----------
2 C. Maseca Instant Corn Masa Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 C. All purpose flour
1 1/4 C. Warm water (could be less or more)
EXTRAS---------
Chopped lettuce
Queso fresco
Sour cream
Salsa
Oil for frying (enough to submerge your quesadillas)

The thing I like about you , is that you eat your food you don’t just taste it you eat it, which is a big deal to me. I'm in awe of you ❤️ I just found you on TH-cam and I'm hooked. You don't only tell us what you're making but you slowly show us how to do it. I cannot wait to make this for my family..
I do this on the flat grill at work, after dipping them in oil to get the tortillas soft, I season the outside of the tortilla, I let my tortillas get real toasted on all sides. As my patty cooks, i start to build my mixture on top of one of my seasoned tortillas with green chili, onions, lettuce, and hot sauce, tomatoes if you like, but make sure the cheese is laid down first before the toppings on both tortillas, swiss cheese on one of the tortilla and shredded cheese on the other, all the toppings are laid on one tortilla only, and that patty is the last topping make sure and season your patty both sides while cooking, bring them together as you continue to toast the tortillas real crunchy and enjoy...😋😋😋🥰🥰🥰❤❤

Rachel, your recipes are the best. Always enjoy watching you. Just wanted to share with you a tip my neighbor shared with me. (From Honduras) ... she grilled some arracherras that where the most tender. I marinade mine in citrus and they come out tender, but these....I have no words. She said she uses papaya to tenderize her meat. Just not too long or it will fall apart. I googled and there are different ways to do it. I believe she used the flesh. Bit of a language barrier. ... but they were the most tender I've ever had...I like that griddle!

This looks amazing, I will be trying it soon too. I tried your Barbacoa recipe with cachete and lengua and it was amazing!! The lengua soaked up the excessive fat from the cachete and added flavor! We ate it on tostadas with cilantro, lime, pico de gallo, fresh crema, and queso fresco. My whole family loved it and it is now on our favorites menu.
For anyone that hasnt seen her barbacoa video, its a must see!!

This is my first time commenting after watching you for a few years now. I absolutely adore you and love all your recipes you share. One of my fav moments every time is when you do your taste test. You get in there and take a good mouthful (the way I eat too), unlike other videos I watch where they take a nibble and it's not enough for a bird.
