CUTOUT!! I'm going to start with a cutout in which I had one. I'm a 225 lb rider and took my V1- T4 out for the 1st time. I went through the normal things adjusting to the wheel and checking for brake and acceleration wobbles also. I was feeling comfortable after 15 minutes to try the tilt-back settings at 35 mph. I gradually increased the speed and the wheel cutout on me which was probably over 35 mph. I was lucky I had all my gear on. My flatland 3d gloves aren't repairable though. I ended up breaking my Radius bone wrist joint. The T4 sheared off 2 bolts and broke 1 hole on the main casing at the headlights. The unit started to make a humming and slight vibration without riding it. It also does the sound when riding it home. Luckily I lived down the street. I did shut the wheel off to see if it would reset. Then I remembered I should have checked the Darkness bot app for results of speed and so on. Too Late :( When I got the wheel the free spin speed was 79 mph. I also checked the begode app and it's tilt-back was also set for 35 mph. Be free to comment on any thoughts. Great Video on letting us be informed that there is a V1 and V2 out and their differences. I'm looking forward to your waterproofing of the T4.
That sucks man it sounds like you pushed the wheel past it's limits. I know a few riders now who have had the T4 cutout on them riding at that exact speed. Everyone has been wanting a HT version but with all the speed demons and commuters out there I really think they need to release a HS version that hits 45mph with no issue. You say sheared off 2 bolts but it didn't way which and where? Is the T4 still rideable?
@@EUCWayOfLife The 2 bolts that got sheared off are on the sides of the headlight bracket. There is 4 total, with 2 on each side. All 4 are damaged 2 sheared 1 bolt bent and the fourth broke the main casing bracket. There is room to drill and tap another hole to replace the broken spot. I was able to take the wheel back and exchange it. Sorry i didn’t take pictures.
Great video, I am about to buy my first wheel. Its gonna be either the T4 or the Extreme. I live in mountainous WV, so I wanna have something to ride in the mountains.
The extreme would definitely be the better wheel if it's in your price range. But the T4 is about 20lbs lighter soooo for a first wheel I'd say an s19 or T4 personally

Good God v2 already??? Kingsong can't do that, apparently....some influencers who had the s22 early on only wanted to ride the wheel for thousands of miles, and said how 'great' the wheel was, not actually give much needed feedback and screwed us all...
Ya that's why I don't like the approach of so many TH-camrs out there now. Everyone gets perks and because the perks they only say good or great things to continue to get those perks. I try to be as honest and unbiased as possible because I pay for every wheel I have.
I’m actually trying to find one of those tire to change to on my T4 that is coming soon. I heard it’s the v12ht tire is great balance between on and off-road which is what I wanted, but the tire that comes with the T4 v2 is a bit too aggressive for me, I’ve got the same T4 knobbly on my 16x, I do like it but it’s just not as enjoyable carving and turning on tarmac… great off road tho
Best thing to do is make a amazon.jp account and start looking for the proper size tire you'll be amazed what you find that you can get shipped to you that you can't find anywhere else

@@TheDownloader86 oh yeah I’ve seen it, but it’s $180 AUD or about $120 USD to get it shipped to Australia (where I’m located at). Which for that price, it could get you a set of motorcycle tires... I’ve tried searching everywhere else including the model of the tire “Codial 52J” and no luck😕 I’ve posted a forum about it as well.. decent 12inch rim tires that fits euc aren’t that common unfortunately
What a nice, informative and different video. Especially interesting is your remark about the range of T4 being greater than S22. How's that even possible?
I got 45 miles out of the T4 with no tilt back or speed throttling and I got about 45mi out of the s22 with speed throttling got to 48-49 with extreme tilt back. So they are nearly the same but the safety margin on the T4 was higher so in reality my weight same speed and trails the T4 did better. This is also the v1. The V2 may get even more range because the added 6 Mosfets. S22 has more wattage motor so even cruising at the same speed you have a wheel that's 15lbs heavier and pulls more watts per mile than the lighter 16" wheel with less power. 2600w 62lbs vs 3300w with 15lbs more weight give or take.
Thanks for the update. My t4 is currently at AR for repairs as my t4 arrived with a defective motor with symptoms appearing with less than a mile of usage. My motor eventually popped and smoked. I’m hoping it will be back soon with the new motor.

Hey man! I'm also a creator and I'm really liking your videos and communication skills ^^ So congrats for that! I've a quick question. Ain't that green ring supposed to be rubber or some elastic material, designed so the suspension doesn't bottom out? You say that it has to be removed in this video, maybe thinking that's just for transportation, but I'm seen people all over YT using the T4 with them on, even 4 (2 above and 2 down). Ain't those made to be on the wheel, or are they really supposed to get substracted before use?
Thank you for the love and support! It's a matter of how you use the wheel. If you are like me and you do light offroading, cruising and street riding I would remove them. They do not compress so keep that in mind for each set you leave in that's 20-25mm of travel you are losing. For those doing large jumps or drops I would put them in the top only. When full the suspension rests on the bottom so if you left the bottom ones in your pedal will also be that much lower.
I’ll be very interested in the range test. I’ve got the exact same knobbly tyre on my 16x, it does reduce the range by about 10% if I do aggressive acceleration and braking. I think the factor mostly the weight of the tyre as it’s 1kg heavier than my stock cst. The knobbly is great for off-road, gravel and sand, but on road it’s a lot less nimble, larger turning circle imo but it’s quite stable at higher speed. If you had to only pick one. MTen4 or T4!? Just sold my mten4, thinking of the t4 as I need a smaller backup wheel. Mten4 was just a bit too small for my needs.
Not really a practical answer because what I do is vastly varied. For puttering around mten4 every day all day, for normal day to day use T4 hands down.

@@EUCWayOfLife is it because it's cold out where you live? There is it known issue on the master that some of the displays will not come on under a certain temperature and a little board is supposed to be sent out to address that. I hope that's not what's going on with your T4.
@@mikeintampa250 I'm guessing so my t4 and one of my mten4's has the same issue so it's no surprise but unlike my V1 T4 if the display doesn't come on I can still turn the lights on and off. This V2 T4 is the display isn't on non of the lights work...
Any reason you remove the bumpers on the bottom of the suspension? And do you put them on the top? I got a batch 1 with the pinned motor, and it came with bumpers installed on the bottom and two extra bumpers that I put up top. Any reason to have them on at all?
They are bump stops if you're hardcore jumper I'd leave them in so the suspension doesn't top out. However most remove them and I honestly don't know why they supplied them. What date code is on your motor? Did you open it and find it was pinned?
@@EUCWayOfLife Ah, OK. well since the biggest thing I do is curb drops then I'm guessing I can pull the bumpers. I pre-ordered through EUCO, and they contacted me and said they personally did the pinning on the motors and would ship pinned batch 1s or wait until the QS version came in. Since it was fixed I went ahead and got the batch 1. No I wish I would've waited a bit to get a few more mosfets on the board! Other than that I'm loving this wheel. It's definitely a different feel than my S18

I can yes! How would you like me to compare stock shock vs T4 or coil shock? I have 2 S18's howevet both have knobby tires so I'll compare them against the V2 t4
I still have an s22 will be putting the CNC sliders on today or this weekend. I prefer the T4 ATM because of the weight, size and how easy it is to get the power out of it. HOWEVER the T4 has its issues as well. The screens don't work on either of mine and the lights don't work on the new V2.

I really like V12HT tire, they should use that one. It has also amazing lifespan, 1800 km and the tire is like new :)

If it's the same pin layout yes? But I believe those wheels are 4 pin and newer ones are 5 pin but I could be wrong?

Hey buddy finally my CNC pedals came how do I change the modes cause it's hard as hell to press
You have to press them in the correct spot but it does take A LOT of force to get it to turn on and switch modes

Do you have any issues with your lcd screen when your wheel is in cold environment?
Yup both my t4's and my mten4. Ask your dealer for a new board
