I tried this recipe today. It's as perfect as ur's. Thanks for the recipe.❤️ Tip: breakage & cracking on is bcoz of not kneading the dough well. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth & make into the shape u want👍 All the best next time

First try - all of them broke. Next try - added two teaspoons of all purpose flour, and it turned out to be perfect! Hence, if you are trying this recipe, do add 2 teaspoons of all purpose flour (maida)
Time......It depends on the quantity of syrup. Generally it should be ok to boil for 15-20 minutes on medium flame to get the adequate density of the syrup. Frying can be done either in Oil or in Ghee. Frying in Ghee will have little added taste. Personally I would prefer mixing Oil & Ghee in same ratio together for frying. Thanks.
