Can't recommend. bought it 3 weeks ago, software issue. its been a week away for repair, it came back still the same issue. device is ok but customer service is so bad. they don't know their product

Same here it took for ever to get a reply back from Pure over my sons faulty scooter. Customer service is Absolutley non existent. I wouldn't mind but when you pay an extra premium for a supposedly higher end top of the range scooter you don't expect this kind of service or fault?!

Hi, I would love to buy a Pure Advance, but as I couldn't find a video where we clearly see all the colors of the different models, I'm still hesitating about which one to take as I love the colors of the basic models but still am interested in the flex ones too.
Could you tell us if you may propose the black and white-grey colors or even other colors for the flex models in the future?

Hey @Midori8177, thanks for the question.
The Advance+ and the Flex, use metallic colours, that have a more of a 'shine' to them. Meanwhile the Advance colour range are Matte so less shiny and more a deep colour.
