I agree with all of this except when you say “this job sucks”
My team and I are amazing at this job because we love what we do! Find yourself a cleaner that doesn’t think the job sucks, and they take pride in the job because they genuinely like it.

Yes, we have a cleaner with OCD 😆. She loves cleaning 🧼 🧹
Our guests are always amazed at how clean the property is✨

This subject could be very subjective. I personally love cleaning and don't think it sucks. I have a passion to clean and it's rewarding to see your work after the job is done. Great content. I'll buy a course.

Agreed! Lots of people love cleaning. Just because you hate it doesn’t mean it’s the absolute truth and everybody hates too.

Some good points, but cleaning don't suck you just have the wrong approach. Also, you seem hard to work for like you're always looking for something like some kind of detective. Good luck though!

Pretending to make a mistake with your billing trying to bait someone you consider a partner is terrible

Lmfao. I tell people before we start business that there is a fee for very messy tenants. It can take 1 to 3 hours to take care of it. $50 minimum. It encourages owners to SCREEN THEIR TENANTS. This is good for everyone
