This would have to be the first board game I've experienced that rises so many emotions! How is this even possible? The board game developers have really nailed this time! If you feel no emotion even watching the play through you should check your pulse. My group are going to be blown away!
That intro is insane. I don't know if you'll remember I asked awhile back about availability. I finally managed to aquire the core game and both expansions the immersion with the diary is a masterpiece in gaming.

I played the video game and love it, so when the KS came in it was an insta back. I never regret it. The game is excellent, and best solo (or two at the most). But you have to brace yourself. Could be a very low punch. I know no other game like this one. The stories you can encounter could be terrifying... But sometimes you can see some light in all the darkness. Love the game and love the channel!

Played it on the pc, and man, it's very immersive, depressive, unfair, dark, but the sense of accomplishment is one of the most satisfying, ever, in a game. The first time i played it, one of my characters died, and i felt the sadness of the other characters. It hit me in such a way, that couldn't played it for a week. When i played it again, and saw the message in the end "the war is over", i can't tell you the sense of accomplishment and relief that i felt. Looking curious to see how it feels in a table.
It’s a masterpiece digitally and on the table as well. It hits just as hard. Maybe not as hard as time on the video game could be longer. But they did an incredible job translating it to the table! If you become a Patron at the Solo Promoter tier you can access Part 1 early!

Yes it is! This would be a great two player game. I personally wouldn't go higher but you can. I think you need to be central to the decisions. So either solo all the way or one other person are best. :)

You certainly have to be in the right frame of mind. The game is a masterpiece and there’s a lot to learn from this game. Things worth learning compared to everything else.

So many ways and so easy to gain that one Misery in final round for the loss.
