Considering the baby formula crisis that America experienced due to unsanitary conditions and salmonella, we can learn a lot about hygienic food production from these Asian factory practices.
The production environment in the video is messy, unlikely to be hygienic. When Korean and Japanese make videos about their food production process to promote their products, the production environment is always clean and well maintained and pristine. Yet Taiwanese food production videos always present a sloppy, messy and unhygienic impressions although the end products are packaged nicely. Hope Taiwanese could change their mindsets to improve their presentation techniques, so that the videos can show Taiwanese foods are produced in clean, hygienic, and modern environment.
