This was so tasty and different. I have several Alfredo recipes and this was easy and the little one gave me the mmm mmm mmm this is so good! Added shrimp cooked in butter and slap to mama seasoning to hers, she doesn’t care for chicken in pasta.

For my fellow vegans , you can make this lactose and plantbased easily. Use vegetarian chicken pieces, soy bites, or tofu (mid-firm) & throw it in the oven with the seasoning. Flip the pieces every few minutes . Change the heavy cream to plantbased Alpro soy cuisine , Oatly heavy cream or coconut milk , if u don’t have access to these products. Vegan pesto or make your own time basil, garlic, olive oil, nutritional yeast. U can use the nutritional yeast instead of parmigiana as well. ADD the vegan chicken option at the end of finishing the sauce or top the pasta with it, otherwise they might get soggy. U can also add some broccoli, cauliflower or beans in the sauce as well , if u want to add some vegetables in there :-). Enjoy your plantbased meal! X love the meal and will try to make it soon!! (Vegan version of course ;-). I’m lactose intolerant so I know the struggle of finding recipes you have to make your own!! Let me know if anyone tries it 😍🪴❗️
