    I know eating less is way healthier and better for me you feel great but i also I’m lifting weights and trying to build muscle, seen as your in shape and have a good physique I’m interested in seeing how it goes for you.
    Keep us updated how retaining/gaining or maybe even losing muscle goes from this one meal a day, and what are you having for your one meal like how much protein ?

      @Cosmic-Wanderer Thank you for your comment. I'll be sure to update you as I go on. At the moment, I'm a day into my 96hr fast, but I normally get anywhere near 100g of protein in my meal, so a lot less than I would before. On paper, I should be losing a lot of muscle, but we will see how it goes.

      @ thats alls im eating anyway atm around 100g protein give or take, i think anywhere between 0.6-1.0g protein per lb of bodyweight should be enough.
      I would much rather eat just once/twice a day and still fulfil my nutritional needs rather than the 3/4 im currently on.
