That's a tight space to work in. Seems it was a good result and now another 60 years. Your camera work was good and must have made your job a bit difficult though. Thanks for sharing.

I had read somewhere where some people that had problems with the sediment bowls, just got rid of them completely somehow using some sort of filter I believe.

You can add an inline filter with rubber fuel lines, but to be honest, I just don't like the way they look. If it was a true working machine, I would consider it. Thanks for watching!

@@melsplace4007 Interesting. I have a Ford 640 and just cleaned the sediment bowl, but for furture reference, what exactly is that filter?

@@webman1956 I've seen folks us a Napa 3031 or 3032. They are metal cased. I think there are others. Farmall Fanatic uses something different that is plastic cased, but I can't remember the number. They just go in the rubber fuel line somewhere between the tank and the carb.

@@melsplace4007 Thanks for the info, I may go that route once this sediment bowl poops out. Most people complain about the sediment bowls leaking and I just bought this tractor and had heard there was an alternative.I just cleaned the bowl once without issue.

Hi, great info, just a question, where was the screen filter, close to the glass bowl or close to the top metal part of the sediment assembly? Thanks in advance

From the bottom up it goes bowl, screen, gasket in any of the ones I've ever seen apart. Thanks for watching.

I thought I had it written down, but can't find it. Jason DuFour of DuFour tractor has always been able to get me what I needed. That is where this one came from. He can get anything the big guys can, is priced the same as any of the big guys, and fairly (1.5 hours) local to me, though I do get my stuff shipped from him. He does have a website and is located in Nashville, NC. Sorry I can't find that number for you.
