2020, I'll have a monster estate again. Investing in my 2 year old business is starting to pay dividends. I understand why people purchase/build these properties. They want privacy and comfort,as well as, opulence. I've been through a lot. I've had to cut a lot of people and make hard sacrifices. People change when you have goals and dreams. Nigel Williams I first of all got a family loan of £500 with that I waited outside stores and purchased shoes which I speculated to rise in value, I ended up buying 3 shoes and off of each I made £120 profit. from there I started networking and now I am in contact with Nike employees who help me get limited stock. I now sell only to Celebs as they pay more. all you need to do is network and forget your negative views I wake up every morning thinking about where my personal business will take me. thinking about what I will buy and how I will expand. this year I hope to start my website and then in the next 3 years I will open stores. do the same, I would say make a good business plan and get a loan. of the bank gives you the loan it means that they believe you will succeed, their jobs are to estimate so they should give you the confidence you need

Nigel Williams In order to network find people in a similar business than yours and socialise. at 14 I started going to shoe stores daily to just talk about releases with managers. the more you talk the more friendly they become and the more helpful they will be. increasing your confidence is hard to improve on as I am still a bit shy and I still struggle to improve, my biggest tip though is to ignore your inner voice telling you to not do stuff.

Oprah's seems the best choice for me. Its common sense, yes, as a billionaire, I need a huge estate, but I do not need a massive house structure cause for the most part, ill be living alone or maybe never around enough to live in it. the only thing I would reconsider is the architectural style. It could have been more interesting/contemporary. But again she must have chosen that for a particular reason.
Why do celebrities need to own so may homes and cars, it’s so unfair when there are so many people living on the street, I know it’s their money but to rub the noses of those who are poor and can’t even afford a one room apartment.

It's in the Birnam Wood neighborhood of Montecito. I used to live over by Hendry's Beach, and my daughter and I have driven through that area dozens of times.
