@MadBloodMatt are you planning on doing any more death rankings? We really enjoy those. And if you do, can you do more from the Halloween franchise? Thanks man
They do trip and fall a lot lol But it’s supposed to be that person next door who’s lost their mind. Also, who’s not an adult yet but still kind of a child in an adult body.
Halloween 1978 is the best in the franchise honestly and is an all time classic some of these critics don't know what they are talking about that was talking bad about it but this is a movie that I love and is my favorite franchise and this a great rating by rotten tomatoes
The thing about some movies and "suspense". Some movies just add unnecessary filler moments to pad runtime and call it suspense usually just jump scare setup. 1978 does some of this, but with stalking. Imagine the feeling of being watched or followed. The hair on the back of your neck raising when you see a car you saw earlier outside waiting. Imagine being Laurie where she's a young female having to walk to get places most of the time and no cell phones exist to call for help quickly. Imagine walking around your neighborhood alone without your cellphone and you see someone following you. Fear doesn't have to just be a jump scare which is quick. The slow rise in fear sticks with you and the dark becomes what could be hiding there and your feeling of safety slowly disappears. 😬. That hits different than crazy cgi unrealistic nonsense of some movies these days. Sure if you don't allow yourself to get into the movie the suspense will feel like waiting for something to happen....🤷♂️. If you put yourself in the mindset of the characters you will likely experience the movie differently. Things I love most about 1978 are the wide shots, the atmosphere and the creepy visuals they do in front the houses at night.
I’m not a big fan of jump scares, but I do like the smile movies for their originality I am really, not sure what the fascination is with Terrifier It’s not scary It’s just gross It makes hostel look like gone with the wind
Character development is an odd thing. The more Laurie was fleshed out in H2O and 2018 and Kills the less I liked her and the more I wanted her to die 🤐
Michael Myers is 💯 my favorite horror character.👍
Greatest horror movie, soundtrack and iconic mask of all time
You are definitely becoming one of my favorite horror TH-camrs. My son and I watch your videos every night before bed.
I appreciate it! That’s amazing!

Scream is a teenager with a knife, getting beat up like he’s in a Looney Tunes cartoon

I like it. I agree with some critics but not others.
