200 gm Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2-4 Tbsp Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
Some Chocochips
Some Chocolate Sauce for Garnishing
CUSTARD ICE CREAM:
2 Tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder
4 Tbsp Milk
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
250 ml Whipping Cream (Buy using: bit.ly/39QUXgf )
200 gm Condensed Milk
6 Tbsp Milk
Few drops of Yellow Gel Food Color
Tutti Frutti & Cashew Nuts for Garnishing

I use electric beater from Croma brand bhr it's available only in Croma stores..there are many good brands, you can buy any electric beater..

Hey make sure to bloom your coccoa powder in hot water/milk before you use it. It's proven to enhance the flavour and there's no harm in it. Great video 😋

I made the chocolate icecream yesterday.. it was so creamy and rich just like store bought icecream..i would say much creamier than store bought icecream..i churned it with electric beater 2 times with 1 n half hour gap.. it was so creamy..everyone liked it..thankyou so much for this amazing recipe
