आज मसाला किचन में हम लाये है कस्टर्ड आइस क्रीम की रेसिपी | कस्टर्ड आइस क्रीम अब आप बना सकते है घर पर वो भी बहुत आसानी से और कम सामान के साथ | एक बार ये कस्टर्ड आइस क्रीम इस तरीके से आपने बना ली तो बाजार की आइस क्रीम भूल जाओगे | यह मैंगो आइस क्रीम अगर इस तरीके से बनाएंगे तो फ़र्क़ बता ही नहीं पाएंगे की बाजार की कौन सी है और घर की कौन सी है | यह कस्टर्ड आइस क्रीम अगर आपने घर में बना ली तो बच्चे खुश हो जायेंगे | कस्टर्ड आइस क्रीम बनाने का आसान तरीका, मैंगो आइस क्रीम बनाने का आसान तरीका और भी कई आइस क्रीम बनाने का आसान तरीका आप देख सकते है मसाला किचन की आइस क्रीम रेसिपी में देख सकते है | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपीज |

INGREDIENTS:
For Custard Ice Cream:
* Full Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1/2 liter
* Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 3/4 cup
* Whipped Cream (व्हीप्ड क्रीम) - 1 cup
* Mango Emulsion (मैंगो इमल्शन) - 1/2 tsp
* Mango Papad (आम पापड़)
* Pistachios (पिस्ता) for garnishing
* Tooti Fruity (टूटी फ्रूटी) for garnishing
RECIPE:
Take a kadhai & put Milk in it. Keep some Milk in the bowl & add Custard Powder in it & mix it well. When Milk boiled then mix the Custard Milk in it & stir it contineously. Put Sugar in it & stir it for 2-3 min & cook it. Cook it for 3-4 min properly then turn off the flame. Keep it for cooling down then put it in the fridge for -1.5 hour. Now take a bowl & put Whipped Cream in it & beat it & mix the Custard Milk in the beated Whipped Cream & beat it again. Put the Mango Emulsion in it & mix it well then cover it & keep it in the fridger for 1-1.5 hour. Take out the bowl & beat it again then take a glass tray & put Mango Papad in it & put the Ice Cream in it then cover it & put it in the fridger for overnight. Take out the Ice Cream & Serve it. Garnish it with Pistachios & Tooti Fruity. Enjoy the Custard Ice Cream.
