How much of the course is application focused? Would a Blender user be able to benefit from the concepts of the course, or is it generally focusing on the specifics of Maya, Substance Painter, etc?

This course is much more focused on the applications/software. If you are a Blender user you will probably not get any use out of it, unless the sculpting is all you’re focused on, since sculpting in Zbrush can be translated to Blender with some planning/consideration. There’s a lot of info for Maya, Substance Painter, and 3ds Max, but those lessons focus on telling you which menus to go to and what settings to use rather than theory. There are also Blender-focused projects and courses on Wingfox but I have not taken any of them. :)
Looks like I need to start doing some Blender-friendly material of my own.

I personally did 3 courses from wingfox along the years, all 3 was very poorly edited, poor image quality, poor voicovers (sometimes not understenable even if teacher has english name), btw when yourn next course :)? i really like to do such course like those girls or "boxing bunny" one, but im to scared to buy anything in Wingfox anymore.

Don't forget that their player is shit and half of the time doesn't work; and staff doing everything in their power to not give you a refund, adding to that all the issues Dr Manhattan mentioned (which are true) wingfox isn't worth it.

@@ing412 i remeber one it was Unreal 4 course from some Russian guy, haha it was so funny voicover was so bad like he was kept hostage in another room and scream some things from time to time, haha as hilarious as it was i wasn't able to bare it and finish :)

@@ing412 yeee for this price it should be top notch quality, it should be site with chepest courses on the web (like anything china) than and only than when someone is strugle on money, may consider abuse him self trying understand the content. :)

99$ is way to much. And it’s subtitled not even English. That can give you almost 3-4 months of education on any cgi site.
