So very heart warming to watch these amazing wolves in their natural habitat. I truly hope they can save this beautiful natural land and these amazing wolves. Thanks again REAL WILD for sharing. 🌏🐺
The wolves see people come, investigate them, intimidate them, and then see them off the island. why is that one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time?
Excellent content. Loved getting to watch a documentary about wildlife that isn't terribly sad, simply science & interesting facts. As well as the Indigenous perspective. Thank you Canadian Geographic! My brief time spent with the coastal wolves here in B.C. has been nothing short of magical. Hoping to get back out and photograph them in the near future!
For wolves like grey wolves and sea wolves they are the top predators.Except for bears. And small wolves like the Ethiopian wolf live in the desert they really have no predators.

I think the wolf discovering the microfon (and later the Zodiac) did NOT damage or destroy anything. He knows EVERYTHING in his territory - but has never in his life seen these things and so he cautiously explores the find: what is it - is it a dangerous thing - can I eat it???? That`s all he did. It was "damage" only from our point of view . . Great documentation by the way. Thank you. But please: Forget about the music! The sounds of nature would have been far more appropriate . .
I’ve encountered these in the wild on a few occasions! what a beautiful animal. Occasionally they will lure dogs out to either kill them, or sometimes mate with them. I’m fortunate enough to have a coastal wolf cross
