Narrated by Gérard Lanvin, this film plunges us into the heart of the Alps, a wild land where winter lasts eight months, where temperatures drop to minus forty degrees and where the air is cruelly lacking in oxygen. All the animals that live there have adapted to these extreme conditions. But how do they manage to seduce each other, to educate their young, to conquer territories, to travel immense distances?
This is what you will discover by following a wolf condemned to exile after the death of her companion killed by a bear or a bearded vulture who is looking for his birthplace; by observing the romantic impulses of a common frog in frozen lakes, the strange destiny of an old immortal tree or the exemplary fight of a shepherd against wolves...

I have seen a million documentaries. This one was the best by far. Not just the video but the very intentional message and also the individual stories were all remarkable. I hope for more of the same. This was brilliant and I will share it with everyone I can.
It's well edited, also,have recorded with many cameras, in different points of view and close-ups.
I have made videos about interesting facts on TH-cam and I know something of this craft of documentaries and how to make a good TH-cam videos.
