In Metroid Zero Mission, you literally have to play as Zero Suit Samus, which is basically Samus without her Power Suit 4. The only reason she uses the Power Suit is because she can't do anything in her Zero Suit, so she either doesn't do anything or uses the (uncomfortable) Power Suit

Categories: Any% is a normal speedrun, completing the game as fast as possible 100% is 100% completing the game as fast as possible, of course, using glitches to warp to the upgrades, bosses and secrets Low% is completing the game as fast as possible with the less amount of upgrades 0% is not grabbing anything, and completing the game with nothing NoMajorGlitches% is just completing the game as normal, but as fast as possible, in this category, you can't warp to the credits, if the game is linear, Any% will sometimes be the same as NoMajorGlitches% There can be even more categories depending on the game, and there can be meme speedruns, like DiscordMod%, where you have to touch grass and talk to a real woman as fast as possible (yeah, this is a thing)
