Very Fresh Mackerel - Great for Breakfast - Catch and Simply Cook

One of the finest fish to catch and eat we have in our UK waters is in my opinion the humble Atlantic Mackerel. On light lure fishing tackle, they fight really well and offer great sport. I am out at the crack of dawn and although mainly targeting Bass caught a Mackerel. Mackerel is great to have for breakfast after a very early morning fishing session and in this video, I do just that cook a Mackerel fillet very simply for a great breakfast treat.
