How lovely. I get the impression that both James and Alex are nice human beings - polite, loyal, friendly, honest and trustworthy, something that it would be hard to say about most other Team Principals & drivers
Surely you're not that silly enough to not understand the fundamental basics of being an F1 driver is self confidence and an inflated ego. Look at the very best in this sport, they *ALL* have a nasty streak about them. Its in the nature of the business
Williams genuinely feels like a special team to be a part of right now especially with James and Alex. Seriously rooting for James to take them back to the top no matter how long it takes and I really do believe he will!
The people who work there have fully brought into his plans and they're already so ingrained into the Williams team for years and they will give it absolutely everything - having Albono as their number one driver with James leading the way is just a perfect match!
I know they're having a tough start to this season, but the results will come. They turned it around last year from Montreal onwards and I have no doubt that they will start delivering again (hopefully within the next few races).
Also would be amazing for the nice guys to win for once - Alex is such a freaking lovely fella alongside being a super talented driver of course and James seems like such a great guy too!
Alex is definitely the right guy for Williams right now. He's super transparent and rallies the team around him. Great decision.

Who knows? The cards will be reshuffled. That's not to say it will equal chances for all, as Williams has not the virtually unlimited resources that let's say Ferrari or Red Bull has. But....looks at Brawn in 2009, who 'got' the new regulations and made a championship winning car.

James taking Alex to talk with the team the way he did shows what a real leader he is. They did it themselves rather than someone else being tasked with it. That shows me James has respect for his whole crew and I’m sure as awful as it was, that meant something to everyone. I’m sure Alex being there also meant something to them. I have a lot of respect for James doing that!
It would be great to see the team back at the front of the field where they belong and if they build a good car I believe Alex has the talent to win races and he’s one of the nicest blokes on the grid so he deserves it

crashes should be excluded from cost cap, because there is a luck factor and this luck decreases when you dominate alone in front, which creates more gap, because red bull can focus on performances, while others focuses on repair chassis.
