It's weird so many showcases of this boss show him in the Mausoleum, he's clearly an Ashpit boss, perfectly fitting the skeleton/ghost theme of the area
i think if they added him they would need to change his skeleton form from being fully damage resistant - to being just a little bit resistant like still taking damage but way less. then they would need to remove some of the orbiting bones, i think 3 are enough. by making these changes the fight would be much shorter but much more bearable and beatable.
I feel like if they were to bring him to the game, they would have to pretty much change his overall behaviour. He may not look too bad, but believe me, he's one of the most chaotic and annoying bosses I've ever seen in Isaac.
It's as if the forgotten was a character (which makes me think how awesome would it. Be to face all the characters as bosses we have Isaac and blue baby already why not the others

Huh I wonder why they made him unavailable in game. Seemed like a good boss if they just slow down how fast he fires those bones
