HOLY WHAT !!!😲 I AM FLOORED!!
I only started listening to Asaf Avidan's music a few months ago when I first heard "Twisted Olive Branch" and ."Labyrinth Song" on a German show called "Dark" played on Netflix. The songs were hypnotizing so out of curiosity I looked up the artist and that's how I stumbled upon Asaf's music. There are many songs I have not heard yet. This is another song that I'm hearing for the first time. (Thank You 🙏) The depth of this man's talent, creativity and courage to push himself beyond the "main stream" limits in order to be true to his craft, is beyond words! I never would have imagined that he was capable of changing his voice in so many ways. Then again I should have known better. This man is capable of anything. I feel he is an inspiration no matter whether you're in the music industry, a tennis pro or a school teacher. ❤ He Inspires.! I really enjoy your show, especially when you are going over the lyrics. I'm looking forward to seeing more. 🎶

I feel exactly the same way. His creativity is next level. A true inspiration.
      Thanks so much for watching.

This song and this version I ADORE. Asaf said he never sings this one at concerts because this song so tough on his voice. It's almost like he sings the three verses with three different voices.

I love this emotional and sad song: only few lines, but its meaning is intense.
Sometimes there are no words to our emotions, frustrations or even it's not easy to find a meaning in this crazy world...
However there are always two words (without a doubt): Asaf Avidan
Thank you Saeed for your great and detailed reaction! . I Believe that in the original version and the last stanza the line is :"of looking for a song'" (it make sense!)

Very emotional. Love how he used that concept of no words and conveyed that much emotion through the music. Thanks so much, Orly!

Saeed, where did you find the lyrics? I sometimes have a hard time understanding what he’s singing. But the music and his voice….. just wow!! 😂

@@mstewart109 Hi MargeretAnn, hereby the lyric from " Asaf Avidan - No Words (Official Audio) :
      Lyrics:
      Damn these endless powers
      for giving me false hope
If I could, I would change nothing
Except the world in which we cry
      I can't hear no words
      In this spinning oversaturated blur.
      Damn all the wildflowers
      for giving up so short
and If I could, I would change something
Inside your eyes, when you were mine
But I can't hear no words
      In this spinning oversaturated blur.
      Damn these senseless hours
      of looking for a song
If I knew, then I would have nothing
Except this world in which we try
And I can't hear no words
      In this spinning oversaturated blur.

@@SaeedReacts. I love watching him explaining what his songs are about, it's almost never what you think. He's got several longer in depth videos on his instagram too, where he explains certain songs. His mind works in interesting ways...

His instrumental chops came age 26 same as his singing. He self taught guitar. Imagine piano also.
