This is my favorite version of this song. I like it - raw and bare, that's the feeling of this song, so authentic, it fits. Every time I listen to this version, somehow I feel like God can hear my heart, even without my words. I sat in my home alone late one night during the pandemic, and I heard this song. Despair is not the right word, but something like that. A lot has happened since then. I buried my dad and cremated my dog in the same week. I find myself at the computer again trying not to think, unable to sleep, and this song comes into my feed again. Like the Balm of Gilead.

1) No such thing as an atheist. Everyone knows in their hearts that God exists. People who claim to be atheists are actually just rebelling against His authority because they want to be their own god. 2) No one is born a Christian. We become followers of Christ when we consciously accept that Jesus died for our sins.
