They should be asking the school district, not the union. It’s not up to the union to get the employees they represent into trouble. The bigger question is whether the person who emailed the union went to police & of that person is a mandatory reporter of abuse & neglect under the statute.
Why are you talking to the Union? Baltimore’s Teachers Union contract does not give the union the power to fire or remove teachers from the classroom, they are just notified and kept in the loop. If police were called and no charges were filed, then the school had no just cause for dismissal until now.
Also The bigger question is whether the person who emailed the union went to police & if that person is a mandatory reporter of abuse & neglect under the statute.
@@r.williamcomm7693 I agree, this definitely smells like a “let’s make the union look bad” attack disguised as journalism. If the district won’t comment and the union isn’t talking about it, then the police would have been the appropriate source to gather more information from.
I’m starting to believe, this type of behavior is a sickness, there are plenty of grown adults you can have an intimate relationship with, why does it have to be children.🤦🏾♀️
THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND ANYONE ELSE WHO KNEW ABOUT THE SEXUAL ABUSE OF STUDENT’S THEN AND NOW THE SCHOOL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ABUSE OF THE STUDENT’S AT THE SCHOOL ‼️
No charges were filed? 😮 Three more years teaching!

Excellent point. This style of reporting tries to create confrontation & they don’t care who they target.

The narrator's voice is so bad it distracts from the story.
