I've read somewhere that building solid snowmen or just making solid forms with the snow will actually slow down the melting period. I'm sure it was about a country like Norway or Finland. Anyhoooooo, it's supposed to work a treat. Honestly, I don't like that face palette. The formula reminds me of theatre makeup (aka "greasepaint"). I know you applied light layers, but it kinda looked thick and greasy - not your usual polished look at all. Oh lordy, lordy!! You guys are in for fun and games during your road trip. Expect stares and giggles at every "pit stop" and at the hotels 🤣🤣🤣 Love you so much, 🧡🤍🧡🤍🧡🤍🧡 PS : I'm gonna miss you Tara, have fun with your travels 😘
Hearing people deal with weather issues makes me so grateful to live in Southern California lol. My house is brand new and on a hill next to avocado orchards. Paradise ☀️
Oh I had that in our kitchen. We had the industrial fans and industrial dehumidifiers. It was winter (so a little cool in Australia but no snow or anything) so I couldn't leave the door open. And my office (I work from home) is right next to the kitchen). So the noise was crazy, I'd have to go outside to talk on the phone or have video conferences, and after the first night I started having nose bleeds and my skin went crazy (from the dehumidifier) and headaches from the noise. We had it there for a week. They also had ones underneath the house too. It was a week of hell. Stepping over them to get around the kitchen, the noise, the dehumidifier.... If I had known I would have had us move out for the week. It was horrible. I feel for you! But it's been almost a year and the kitchen still isn't fixed (a pipe broke in the kitchen one morning and flooded the kitchen).
Thank you for raising the question about refills for the Make Up For Ever palette! I have earlier palettes from them in that style and love them but yes, you do run out of your most used ones fast. Refills either don’t exist or are hard to come by. Haven’t seen any in a while, though.
Great video! Love for you to tell what brushes you use for each application, or even do a BRUSH recomendation video... No one does that... And its so important for a good result ❤
I’m never tempted by these cream palettes simply because I know they aren’t formulated for my skin. There’s nothing in the formula to self set or stop being creamy and that just doesn’t work for my very oily skin. The idea of it is handy though.
Ooh I'm going to do that exact eye look tonight for work! I have that palette but I've never used that Isle shade all over the lid. I usually do a green look when I use that palette, I love those greens in there. Haha I was laughing thinking of you with all those dogs on a road trip. Have a good weekend Tara!!

I may not buy the partnered or sponsored products, but it is definitely not for lack of trust. I believe that you are always honest in your reviews. Always. Also, I love love love traveling with my dog!! I take her to our place in Arizona a few times every winter. We fly, and she's just about 4.25 pounds (long-haired chihuhua) so she's in the cabin with me. (I'd be terrified to put my dog in cargo. I'm not sure what I would do if I had a larger breed. Drive, I guess.) She doesn't really enjoy the airport, mostly going through security, but she just sleeps on the plane. For my other pet-loving flyers - make sure to check out the designated pet relief areas that many airports now have. Some are outdoors, but I go to the indoor ones. They're a godsend. Anyway, my dog has a blast in Arizona. She gets to see my parents and brother and gets chicken, it's the best. Tara, your dogs are going to have so much fun!!!!!! They're going to love it!

Have sand bags been put down to absorb the water and keep the melting snow from the house? I'm surprised that y'all still have remnants of snow. I'm up in Toronto and there is zero snow left. Yes, I still miss Mel, too💜
tara to be honest I prefer to use concealers to under paint nars huda that type the make up for ever looks to heavy for my skin I'm 55 I've seen other people use it and after it's been on a while they have all said the same as you it emphasised the texture in places it's to expensive to tale the gamble xx

For the palette you likely need to change your skin prep. For new foundations it’s best to test with no prep the first time to see how it looks/wears.
