Hi, we make desi ghee of our own too but in very less time....the trick is to let the frozen malai come to room temperature and when you mix it with the thing shown in video...it turns into butter in 2-3 minutes!...no need to spend 7-8 minutes mixing. No blender used. Then we put water in it about one glass and stir the butter so it combines. Squeeze out the extra whey...and the leftover water which is basically whey and extra doodh from butter is used to make yogurt full fat one 😁...ready to put on stove...we put a little flour in it too and when ghee is made...leftover is used to make halwa.... It works for me hope it works for you too. I used to put ice in malai too but it took alot of time..now not anymore...
I put all the malai into blender instead of doing it with Madaani😅... And then put the ice cubes like merium did, to catch all the ghee united. Good job 👏👏

When we make ghee, we add 2 tablespoon of flour and half teaspoon of salt in it ...its the most easiest way to make ghee nd it doesn't take that long to cook
