Isy chaatty ki lassi kehty hain ye wo lassi hoti h jo mkhn bnany k bd pechy liquid bach jta wo lassi use hoti h karri me😅
My late mother in law was from Multan , and this was her way to make the best curry ever , first garlic and ginger then green chillies cooked in oil then add baisen mixed in chati ki khatti wali lassi . Aha kya yaad ker a dya.👌. I do know her way too but baron ( elderly) ki baat hi kuch aur hoti hai . 😋👏👏👍

She blend hari mirchein pyaz lehsan together. Then she mix besan with dahi. Bs phr dahi besan ka mixture dal kr degchi m rkh deti hain stove p phr pyaz wala mixture dal deti hain. Phr jab woh pak jati around 1 hour phr hum us p tarka dalty hain kari paton zeera ka. Ufff 😍😍😍😍

Add salt in end of before going to micx Pkoraas...iss se curry jldi ghaari hooti aur runny nahi rehti
2nd tip:-
Add pkoraas when curry is cold down ..stove /flame off ker k curry ko cool down kerain..iss sey micx kye hue pkorey zida totain gain nhi💞recipe was awsome we need more recipes by ur Mother in law

Looks delicious , but try to make the curry in mustard oil. It gives outclass taste. And you didnt add tarka ? I usually add tarka of mustard seed , zeera , curry leaves and red chilly. Try my recipe too. You would love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️
