    Man its raining outside here in central PA aswell, pretty §hitty day here if i do have to say so myself haha! Why not mess with some tools,... or watch kurt and nick restore some cooler tools! Thanks for all the wicked videos guys, and thank you guys for the further in depth inspiration at collecting and gathering old school usa made tools! Lets keep it merica made!💪🏻🔧

    Great Job, I believe I have the same welder as you. I would like to know if you like using the gas over the flux core wire. The weld looks good the clamp should be back to a useful state.

      I prefer gas over flux for the majority of our welds here. Most of our welding is equipment repair and the gas leaves a better finished looking weld.
      Flux is great for times where your material is super rusty, or if you are welding in a windy environment where gas would get blown away. Also great for going mobile, so you don’t need to bring gas bottles with you.
      You can also combine gas with flux!

      Thanks for watching! Welding is a great skill to have. I haven’t learned yet either, but Nick is a pretty good welder, he fixes a lot of our equipment with it!

      Thanks! A little project here and there is the plan. Probably 1 a month
