That first tool box which had the puller the name was Kent-Moore. It was a tool company which advertised in owners manual as tools to work on your cars. I know chevrolet did it from 1937 to 1946. I have 2 Kent-Moore tools.

Interesting video. The magnifying glass is from an old scale. It was used to make the number on the dial look bigger. I have one laying around somewhere.

Rob is correct, I used them to comb the fins on chillers and AC units. Good haul, the price is good plus the fun of going through all that stuff. The old monkey wrench with broken handles is ccol.

Wiss is owned by crescent these days. You can go online and file a warranty for those broken scissors. I did so and was pleasantly surprised to receive a nice quality replacement made in Italy. Shocked they didn’t send me one made in Taiwan or China.

Box #2, the weird tool, is a fin comb. Used to straighten the aluminum fins on radiators. I use them in HVAC.

Nice tour, thanks for sharing! I also wish I had the larger tumbler. My media is a bit different, but I would guess it works about the same. I was having trouble with the dust getting caked in the crevices with the HF media as it broke down. I really like the stainless, I think it will last many years. It is expensive upfront but I think the best in the long run if you are going to use it on a regular basis.

Awesome find! I love those series of boxes. “Junkie, Craftsman slides“ have been working fine for me for 40 years which includes the 20 professional years I used them. I worked with a fella who had more professional years on his junkie Craftsman at that Time than I had years living. I just love the perspective of the younger generation! I admire deal-finders, and hard-workers of any generation - great job!

The first box was from either a cabinet maker or a trim carpenter. The panels on the inside lid were usually his work back in the day it was like your resume. Most of the curved planes are to make molding, and the chisels probably were to carve ornamental tops of furniture they dont look long enough to be turing chisels (could be wrong) as a carpenter my self that's a look back to craftsman ship was at its best by some amazing people imagine carrying that box to work eveyday

The "staples" are for "clamping" adjacent boards.
