Looking good so far. 1 question. Every time I’ve seen someone do headers on a y62 there always seems to be head issues around the wiring harnesses and problems with melting wires. How are you guys going to combat this and can you show us?

Would be good to get a perspective of where the turbos sit exactly on the engine and or how low they are. With that in question, how will the turbos hold up through water crossings if touring or is this setup purely for the street Thanks
Interesting stuff. I'm guessing you measured the torque, kilowatts and horsepower prior to starting the build at the rear wheels? And what are the expected results after the work is complete?
Well done on your efforts to keep pushing the boundaries for the Y62. For a 10+ year old platform it still has a lot of life left.

Why not run rear mounted twins to avoid the heat and space issues?
