You’ve demonstrated the tutorial in such an easy and quick manner, thank you 💖 My plan is to start a project like this soon and you’ve inspired me to do it. I’m not really a beginner but restarted after 38 years so it’s an inspiring video! Happy knitting to you.
Hi :) Knitting this with circular knitting needles would be a different pattern. I've been thinking and wanting to make one and i will as soon as i can though i think sewing the sleeve to the body will still be needed 😊
Hi @maido_onlinebusiness, there is a video from about 3 months ago on the "Clo Knits" channel of a sweater which is knitted from the top down using circulars, and it states that no seaming is needed. Hope it helps.
Hi, Can I have a question. I want to make men's sweather (so more cast on sts, exactly 122). When you start decrassing. Am I supposed to decrased the same number of sts? And at the neckline I have to count my own number of sts? Sorry, Im only begginer so I will be glad for your responce.
Yes, you should just decrease the same number of stitches so you will have wider shoulder. As for the neckline, if you want to add more, the pickup sts should be in multiples of 4 since the neckband pattern works that way 😊
Hello could you explain the join new yarn for the neck part? I think around 14:25 ? I love your video and so far have been able to understand everything perfectly and finally learned how to ssk 💚
Hi! You need to join a new yarn regardless if you need a new skein or not, cause this a different round and you don’t have any yarn ends from the neck part. Hope this answers your question 😊
Both my yarn and needle size are thin. . So i started with 102 cast ons. Should i decrease the same number of stitches? At the arm and neckline? Or do i have to calculate my own?
It's most probably the knitting tension, everyone's knitting tension is slightly different so it might not end up being the same size, though I think it will still be of similar (if not exact) size as long as the needle and yarn size used are the same 😊
Ive started the knitting and am on the knit and purl until 38cm ive tried to go to the part where you knit the back but cant find it could you let me know is the back after you get to the neck line 🤣xx
Wowww i just finished watching this video. Thank u for the tutorial. I have a question. How do u pick up the stitches for the neck part. Im sorry i dont really get it. Do u insert the needle in the stitch one by one? Sorry im a crocheter but i always wanted to knit an easy sweater but watching this vid, i think its gonna take me a year to finish it 😅 awaiting for your answer. Thanks!
Yes you insert the needle in the stitch but not necessarily one by one, it depends on how many stitches your pattern tells you to pick up. Sometimes you need to skip a stitch but do so evenly 😊
Hello and thank you for your video. Just wondering how much yarn you used in the medium weight and size you made? It looks perfect I would like to make it exactly the same. Thanks again
