i never had problem posting images before. Facebook is a mess!!
Mary, I can post, (upload) a picture if I am making a post. Doesn't matter what format, it always works. What I can't do is post a picture in a comment. It's not one particular page or forum, it's everybodys! I never had a problem before. Any ideas?

I've been posting images on my FB account for 4 years from my desktop. For the past 10 days, I get a progress bar (which I never saw before), and then the photo or meme shows up; but when I hit "enter", nothing happens. I checked settings, but can't find any reason for this to be happening. I can post photos just fine from my phone onto the same account. What's up?
Same here, but the problem is selective. I can post on my own page and on some others, but when I tried to post a congratulatory image on our church's page, it won't work even though others were able to do so. Same with GIFs from the tab. All I get is a link, not the actual GIF. Yet, I see where other people could post the actual GIF and not the link. My browser is current and everything is up to date.
The post button is high lighted but it wont let me post anything on FB. Just started having problems last week.

Does not really give any tech on the main problem with uploading pictures, these causes you state and peripheral to most uploading issues!
I cannot post as the account owner, but I can post as admin from my private account. Makes no sense.
Very nice informative video, but my Dell computer a lot of times doesn't respond when I search and want to upload the photo, it only work when I restart the PC but I keep having the same problem lately, do you know why and if there is a fix for that ?
Mine problem is that it is it is only camera roll and will not let me switch to anything else
Also posting youtube links its like one profile page cant post youtube links sometimes, or posts words texts on regular browser, so i was posting with photos.
I am not able to access my iPad images there now appears to be no images Howet, checking on my phone access is available. Checked privacy and face book should be able to access images?

I can add photos but the "Save" button is grayed out and not accessible? How can I save newly added or edited photos
If I try and upload jpegs to facebook (in up to date versions) of Edge browser or chrome they both crash. If I use a really old, out of date version of Explorer (which actually says it is not supported when you go to Facebook) photos upload fine. I have been uploading big jpegs to facebook for years with no problem but last 2-3 weeks it crashes using Edge or Chrome, even with very small Jpegs..

*I desperately need help please. I have a Samsung phone with "Google photos". I have over a 1000 photos in my Google photos album when I go to it through my phone home screen. But when I go to Facebook To upload a photo there are tons of my photos that are not being made available. When I click on gallery it will bring up many of my albums but not the ones with all the other photos that are not being made available. Why would half of the photos on my phone not be available through Facebook??*

my browser is up to date (internet explorer), but my laptop had a virus and I took it to get repair and now I can't upload pics only if I use google chrome.

So instagram wont automatically create an album on facebook now... its posting in my timeline album instead how do i fix this? >.>

Facebook isn't letting me post comment or like on my android phone. I have no violations since February 3rd. This started Friday May 22nd. Please help.

My Android phone has done this before. I logged out, turned the phone off, and turned everything back on. That worked then, but now Nothing seems to work. The damn thing acts like it's possessed or something!

I ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED ON LIMIT WHO CAN SEE MY OLDER POSTS ON ONE OF MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNTS LAST NIGHT. NOW I CAN'T SEE ANY OF MY POSTS OR COMMENTS ANYWHERE ON FACEBOOK NOR CAN I SEE OTHERS' POSTS OR COMMENTS EXCEPT I CAN SEE SOME POSTS IN SOME PAGES, BUT EVERYONE CAN SEE MY POSTS AND COMMENTS. THERE IS NO FIX FOR THIS. EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTION IN THIS VIDEO. IT SAYS TO CLICK EACH INDIVIDUAL POST, BUT POSTS DON'T SHOW UP SO I CAN'T DO THIS AND I'D HAVE TO GO BACK TO 2008 TO DO SO. I DON'T USE MY SMARTPHONE FOR FACEBOOK. I USE MY PC. THIS IS BS!
Mine is specific, I can for example press the upload image button on the main page of FB that has my friend's posts fill it up and it works. However if I go over to that specific post on the friend's timeline, now suddenly when I press that same button to upload an image, it literally doesn't react or do anything. Thus the feature for some reason doesn't work if I am looking at the post on their timeline. However if that same post is shown to me on my homepage, suddenly it works.
This is pretty messed up, I updated flash and the browser and it still doesn't work.
This is annoying because it means I can't reply with a picture unless I somehow am able to get the post displayed to me again on my homepage, which is difficult as generally once you have replied facebook won't pop that thing back up on your homepage anymore as it assumes you are done with it and shows you new things instead.

Copy picture - go to Facebook and paste. A longer process but it works
Doesn't work. It did until yesterday, but now it only takes photos from my phone. I can't even copy paste images from google searches, which are public and not restricted. I've done it for years for FB posts. Now...won't work.
I use a Samsung Galaxy 11 android. The frustrating thing for me is that it won't let me copy the link any more. I guess I used to do that... I don't recall, because it was easy. They make everything so complicated.
I click on 'share' and there's a raft of icons, but no 'copy link'. It's beyond frustrating. I uploaded a pic of a candy bar to 'photos' on my phone. I previously had it just in the 'camera' storage on my phone, with my others. What the hell have they done?
