To find good oversized button-ups, I always shop the men's section (usually at thrift stores) but you gotta go for like the XL/XXL sizes in them! They feel stupidly oversized at first but I actually think that is what makes them work :)
Yeah a baggy sweatshirt would be amazing with the tights, shorts and docs. Even a beanie with the sweatshirt too. Very British cool/effortless winter look 👌

I like the first outfit! I personally think the shorts only work in a beach/summer context so I wouldn’t go with the sweater or vest. The first outfit doesn’t seem too mature to me, I’m younger than you and I’d wear it! If you want to add a pop of color a bright tote bag or hair scarf would be fun!

Look at white button up swimsuit cover ups! They fit over sized but without looking too big. I’ve had really good luck with them.. great video!
