This is literally my favorite part of figure skating; watching all the friendships that form from these skaters from different countries, speaking different languages, skating different disciplines, but they all share this same love for the sport and come together in the end despite being competitors.
I sincerely hope Yuzu will be loved for a long time from now. He really deserves respect from past performances and encouragment of whatever he now decides to do. I'm now past the stage where I think Nathan is going to be harmful from the artistry side of figure skating. Realizing I actually don't care what figure skating is going to be after Yuzuru retires. As Yuzuru said, he is the most perfect athlete with the current scoring system. Yuzuru is another world, so it is ridiculous to compare him with any other skater anymore. A legend is born the day he stepped onto the ice, and will forever remain in a lot of peoples memory. And I'm honored to be able to witness this changing era of figure skating. Thank you Yuzuru, for bringing me into the figure skating world.
And no there is no official notice Yuzuru will be retiring. But everyone can see how tired he was after The Beijing Olympic......so it got a lot of people worried

I love that, even though there is probably a language barrier, there is a common respect and appreciation of each other as friends and fellow athletes. They make efforts to communicate somehow. She wanted to learn the quad lutz after watching him do it in competition. Wow!
One of the best parts in figure skating is seeing the athletes develop friendship no matter their age or amount of medals so wholesome and Yuzuru just seems so friendly and cute
this , i hate how nathan is always put in the negative light, the picture of him hugging yuzu back and smiling with him (beijing 2022) i saw in this video literally , the picture where yuzu hugged him and he he didn't was all over the internet saying he could just hug back i mean let's not do that man they all are respectful mature man, let's support everyone (i am a huge yuzu fan just to be clear but let us not overshadow anyone's victory it's unfair everyone is putting their 100% out there)

Yes that true..on the Beijing Olympics one of the volunteer said he looks like a teenager around 19 of age because of his slim body figure and good skin tone.

So I just watched, but didn't really research much into it. But because of Yuzuru and all the stories in his journey, I became a hardcore fan, like many others in this channel 😀😀
Even if his own country got different treatment towards him (only certain do that), but others country are more than welcome him. And he's got all over the world fans him and will always support for him. Even media are looking for him whether he won or not. Haha . That's the class of Yuzuru Hanyu.
