Meh, it's just because of the spoiled brat skill that gives you everything you need. I prefer to get beaten by Predaplant if it hybrid and uses simple skill that can only be use once per duel or no skill at all.

Beside scorpio starving venom byblisp and hydra in new box you can found mostly different predaplant cards in new pick up box
And yuri lv up cards too

Yes, for UR I don't think you need 3, just 1 is enough because with a spell that can special summon from the grave the effect can still be used.
