Bangladesh Part 6

This is Day 7 in Bangladesh, our last. We flew from Sylhet to Dhaka by Biman Bangladesh Airlines, the company my father worked for until he passed. It was quite nostalgic and it was nice being able to take Tarli on the airline.
Once at Dhaka we rented a car and headed to Gulshan to have lunch at Yum Cha District and coffee at the North End. I wanted Tarli to see this part of town. She liked where we were staying near Siddeswari and Ramna Park better.
We got to the airport around 5 pm and to our surprise we were able to check in for our Fly Dubai 9 pm flight! Even better because the flight was eventually delayed until 1 am, so we spent about 7 hours at the Priority Pass lounges - the Balaka run by the Hotel Intercontinental and the Sky Lounge. Both were really good and among some of the best lounges I've visited.
Onward to Dubai, then Mombasa and eventually Nairobi! Stay tuned for our Kenyan adventures!
