My favourite part is when you make the taste test at the end. You‘re always so adorable with your love and passion for good food, which I can totally relate to! Every time we go to our favourite Thai restaurant I literally won‘t shut up about the delicious food for days 🤣
I had Marions sauce the sticky chilli ginger sauce and while it’s great, it can be replicated by adding ginger powder and crushed red chillies to a good BBQ sauce

I finally got around to making this today. And it's not right, something this easy shouldn't be as good to eat as it is! Absolutely lovely dish. (Thinking of adding a few peanuts for crunch next time) But a really impressive fast easy dinner! Marion smashed it!
I used a Karnataka peanut powder that has curry leaves in it. Ahh loved my dinner!

I love this one! So many alternative ingredients... The only thing I'd need to but extra is the coconut milk. And the chicken obviously.
I just made this recipe tonight for dinner and husband absolutely loved it! adding that bit of lime juice is a must and gives that refreshing tang which compliments the spicy chilli. Such a quick and delicious recipee 😋😋
