    Thank you sooo much for your courage and hope you provided me ! I'm only on day 5 I quit March 13, 2024... Emotions are a rollercoaster, so is anxiety and sleep is better with magnesium. I'll make it to my sobriety in no time

      You are very welcome! Thank you! I noticed that the physical symptoms are hard at first, but we have some emotional growing to do as well. You are doing it brother! Develop good habits, and the rest will come with ease. 🤜🤛

    I'm going thru it right now man, its brutal. I came up with what is in my opinion, the most accurate definition of what the withdrawal feels like: "Complete deprivation of emotional & physical well being". It feels like the rug's been pulled out from under your feet, like there's a bottomless void within my being that can't be filled.
    Its no joke. I know it will pass but ffs, time is going so slow it feels like an infinity.
    Anyways, always love seeing a new vid from you man! Glad you're still sober and killing it 💪. Really inspires me bro

      Yeah brother you hit the nail on the head! You do have to disregard your emotional and physical wants for some time. Your body is crying out for kratom. And you know you feel better if you take some, temporarily! But we’re too strong! The day we decided to quit, we became stronger. And not even our body and emotions can control our decisions! I love it!
      Thank you for watching! 🤜🤛

      Only made it 17 hours cold turkey

    i was taking it for couple of months now, but now, i am thinking stopping it, to become this person without it, thank you for sharing and for your motivation

      It’s good that you know you need to quit badly. Start telling yourself that you’re done. That you’ll never use again once you quit. That it’s garbage. Convince yourself. It really is garbage. Change your mindset, and your body will follow.

    Great to hear!!! I'm down to 8-10 gpd and fixing to drop that to 6-8 gpd and stay on that for a couple weeks and then drop my dose again. Kratom has helped me through some stuff but it's come to a point if i don't cut back at least or all out quit because I don't want this to become an addiction to get off of something else lol getting this under control before it has me under it's control

    Love your videos man, i’m about to quit tonight. I’m in the military and im in pretty good shape, workout twice a day almost everyday, do you think that’ll help with the PAWS? Once the acute stuff is over? i’m worried i’ll be stuck in a funk for a long time, been on kratom for two years now.

    • @StrongKeithJ
      @StrongKeithJ  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Exercise and nutrition I think will do wonders! But yes, you will go through some funk regardless brotha.
      But PAWS is way more manageable with working out. It seems to just go away one day tbh. At least in my case. Stay busy!

      yea im still tapering. i was at 18-25 grams per day for 8 years and used a bunch of other drugs at the same time, always weed and a lot of amphetamine etc but kratom is the hardest to kick. im finally at 8 grams tomorrow 7.5 grams. now my mindset is good i can finally taper i never made it this far and im off all other drugs too. thanks for making new videos you have no clue how u help me. and this may strenghten ur process too, its already a rollercoaster for sure but to go cold turkey like u did and work man i dont know how u do it esp at 60 gpd habbit.@@StrongKeithJ
