Hi Paul, yes i was quite impressed with this hotel. I thought your room was nice and clean with all the usual equipment provided. I agree with you, ideal for maybe just a stay over, rather than longer stay. Cost i thought was pretty reasonable.
Yes Paul, I agree with you about Southport is not somewhere you'd stay for a week or two. I mean I've been a couple of times. Lovely place South Cortez and you can do most of it within that one day. So wanted 2 days will be plenty of time. But the hotel look great. Great location on the right on the lake. Great fantastic view! I would say with the furniture in the rooms it was like you got the modern bathroom and quite a bottom looking bed mother seated and then you got the old fashioned wooden wardrobes, bedside tables etc. But yeah it was decent price for where you are

I really liked your room and the hotel is beautiful, plus the view was amazing and great that you could see Blackpool Tower in the distance. We came on holiday to Southport when i was a kid and i remember my dad telling us that when the tide was out you could walk over to Blackpool 👀think it would be a bit risky though cos of all the sand and deep mud. Great review as always.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, it use to be called Bliss hotel, twice I've stayed in the hotel rooms with the balconies, they have a living area and a bedroom area and are really lovely, you should try lumley castle in the actual castle it's a real experience
I would be happy to stay there for a couple of nights looks good to me I think it's reasonably priced considering the very high standards that they keep going by your video. I'm beginning to think that these Hotels know you do reviews on youtube and then upgrade you there not as daft as you think.
That hotel originally opened as a Ramada several years ago. I’ve not been in for a while, but it looks superb. If you can get in, the outside sun terrace is a great place to watch the Airshow.

The Vincent Hotel is lovely too.....southport. we enquired at this hotel 3 people 2 rooms very expensive... beautiful hotel tho on waterfront. Southport ok few days but good base to explore Formby. Need good weather tho botanical Gardens southport need to catch bus. Sad tho because southport nice place just needs alot investment. Pier not open now. Great air show on later on year bit it's ticketed. Whereas blackpool one free.
Had a few drinks in the bar a few times on day trips and wondered what the rooms were like 👍. Great review, nice hotel. We will have to give this a try sometime and the pubs around the shopping area.😊
Yes sadly it's a ghost town the high street is a shadow of it's former self the hotels are run down, the piers be closed indefinite, so sad I grew up visiting this exciting place but now it's a graveyard, take care
@@whoknowswhere Sad state of affairs, and the pier was not exactly the best, lacked enhancement of what is on other piers. It is hoped that the repairs will include an attraction of entertainment. :Lord street is not what what it used to be.
Very nice hotel, I would definitely stay there for a couple of nights, must be gorgeous when the weather is good. Price wise I thought it would be more, so not overly expensive at all. Well done on the subs growing - well deserved

A really lovely hotel Paul, glad you found a good one in Southport because it is a lovely town to visit. They have put a lot of effort into the interior design and Boho is my favourite, absolutely gorgeous. The view is spectacular very peaceful. Price not bad at all for 2 definitely worth the money. Haha I always try to anticipate your 'Bye for now' but never quite manage to say it in time with you, when my son and daughter watch they can do it 😂

NICE HOTEL, NICE LOCATION, NICE ENOUGH ROOM, BUT THE TRUE PRICE IS A BIT TOO MUCH FOR ONE NIGHT.
JUST THOUGHT ABOUT THINGS PAUL THEY MAYBE REALISED WHO YOU ARE AND UPGRADED YOU TO A BETTER ROOM.

My son has stayed there a couple of times. He loves it there. He said the food is great as well.

Great video never been to southport looks a nice area. Certainly a lot nicer hotel than the last one. Price reflects that though.
