    I've got a crush on Cappelman. Her voice and her looks are sweet. Just think of all the wasted talent when women could only be legal secretary's. I was a court investigator in the early seventies and when I left I asked to give my job to my secretary and they did. Smarter than me she was.

    I hate the way the defense attorney continuously refers to the prosecution as the “government”! For whatever reason it annoys me! I’ve never heard a defense attorney do this. I wish he would refer to them as the “state”.

      They think most people don't like "government" so refer to it as that. Every one of the defence teams did it - none of them referred to "prosecution" - it's a mind game!

      These lawyers are clearly agenda driven people, they keep referring negatively to the state and that’s not going to go over well in Tallahassee, central Florida is as Bible Belt as it gets in this country, I was shocked when I discovered this.

    Why do prosecutors always start off the trial with boring testimony? They should start off with the good stuff to get the jury's interest.

    • @launderedcotton8070

      Legally they must 'lay the foundation' for the juicy or boring evidence about to follow, and this usually requires presenting the facts in chronological order.

    The defense attorney calling the state the government is weird. I’ve never heard that in court. Is that normal? Also I am surprised the cd evidence was not brought in initialized as original plus a additional enhanced version. Would just have been so much easier. The defense is making a big deal about nothing but it would have just been a hour less of something that really want going to change in the long run.

    It seems very odd that Brock received the video 5 years ago, yet it was not until August 2019 that he processes the video...Not that it's his fault.. Brock may have been told what to do..The state has yet to charge anyone in the Adelson family...There is something very off about this investigation. When Dilmore takes the stand he has something on his shoulder that appears to be a camera. What is going on in Tallahassee

      @C Arch Oh ok I thought they needed the video to solve the crime verse prepare for court. I am new to this case.. I was thinking they did not know who committed the crimes... Do you know why they have not charged anyone in the Adelson family? Thank you

    • @RaoulThomas007
      @RaoulThomas007 5 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      girlygamer The prosecution wants to get a conviction on the female defendant in this case before moving up to the Adelson’s. She is the go between with the shooters on one side and the individual or individuals ordering and benefiting from the hit. If they can get a conviction they will have leverage to get her to co-operate. They are working their way up the criminal ladder. If you view the 20/20 story about this (maybe it was 48 Hours), it will make more sense.
