I read Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and it was truly terrifying. And it takes a lot to terrify me. It was the poor creature's unfulfilled desire to be loved then filled with hate after being hunted down as a monster through no real fault of it's own, he was created a monster, that tears at ones heart.
There's no reason why a woman couldn't have been Dr. Frankenstein over 200 years ago..... I'm offended that They/ Them weren't a transgendered non- white lesbian... 🙄

Well. Seeing as they seem to have given the end away and most of the plot. . All that's left is a modern PC version of a classic.
