Can you recommend a coach who isn't 72o UTG? I don't think I can afford AA on the button though. I'm looking for something more like QTs in the cutoff.
Hey Pete, I bought recently Carrot Poker School Grade 1 and.... I think its fenomenal. I'm on chapter 5 and its eyes opening on so mamy levels for me. Thank You for work U put in to deliver such a great course. I'm NL 10 zoom and NL25 player 6max
6:00 this spot is really interesting, SB actually has a range advantage towards the strongest and weakest parts of the equity graph and has 25% donks for 33% sizing. BB when checked to uses a 33% cb sizing. On the turn, SB has a lot of good hands, while BB has a lot of strong and weak hands, so BB does a lot of b50 and b75. Against b33, AQ is a high EV call. OTR, BB becomes even more polarized to big flushes, pairs that are now weak, and complete airballs like suited connectors. SB range checks here, and BBs only sizing is 130% all in and your combo of AQ pure folds.
I would assume Solver is slightly less optimistic than Pete about Villain barreling major parts of his range (esp 2-pair hands) both Flop and Turn w/o a diamond. 🤔😉
At 5:50, why not 4-bet AQ pre? Vs a 10bb 3-bet, it 4-bets like 75% of the time (GTO, with GG50 rake). When that 3-bet size jumps to 11.5bb, are we not incentivized to eliminate all calls and 4-bet even more, or would that be an incorrect reaction to the larger raise size?
A larger bet size would be in theory more polar, which disincentivizes raising and the bet is just small enough that shoving is still too far off so AQ is a decent call candidate
at 7:56 I don't think you really achieved anything by leading since you're not holding the Ace of Clubs you'd be check/calling any bet size from the villain with your AQo; if the villain raised or jam over your bet, you'd be forced to only call holding the Queen of Diamonds. By leading you're still getting called by KT, 99 and TT quite a bit in my opinion. I know I would :) but this is just how I play, for what it's worth. Great video!!
I would disagree with your assumption that he'd be getting called "quite a bit" by the hands that you mentioned. If your assumption is correct, than the rest of your comment makes sense. I am of the opinion that hands that you mentioned will mostly be folding in this particular line, on this board, and therefore in my eyes the lead makes complete sense as you are getting those better holdings to fold. It's impossible to ask the whole population what they would do there so we may never have an answer as to which one of us has the correct assumption though, but that's alright. I do see your point of view.
@@GaliReaxI call sometime with tptk when regs donk OOP with 4 to a flush OTR, honestly think regs overdonk these spots with all kinds of non diamond holdings
Pete! Thank you for the video. Regarding your bluff with AQo on 4-diamond river, why did you decide b65 this? You are wrapping flash, right? Wouldn't it makes sense to bet big?
There are certain lines that create an unheard of amount of fold equity and they will look goofy on the surface. Call call donk with AQo on four flush is definitely one of them. Wouldn't you fold if you were villain without a Jd or Td? Exactly! You got the best poker content on the internet as always
How is the rakeback so bad at GGpoker, i feel like i am getting an insane amount of money, Jackpot, flipout , leaderboards, normal rakeback Bar, splash pots w/e they matter, with all that included would not it drop from 10/bb to like 5 maybe? .

I dont think QT on bet/raise in a three bet pot is a tight fold. I've gladly folded over pairs in similar spots and been happy with it almost every time
A few videos back you had a video about the hands you butchered, and you wanted people to talk about those. I'm posting here for Pete's visibility and because my comment about a hand in that video ties into the concept in this video: In that video you had a QJo and b33'ed on a Q35ssd. Villain called and you "rolled check" on the turn and checked back. I was very curious about why you would ever RNG vs real humans when clearly the pool (and or the villain himself) will have one (betting or checking) that wildly out performs the other.
Just the fact that those are available is a micro aggression and I put myself in the shoes of someone who would be offended by it, and found that I was offended. Therefore I am offended
What people should really do is stop watching and listening to you. You’ve been out of your depth for years and attempting to cloud it with verbiage that sounds technical but is literally worthless.
It's about 8bb per 100 for me at low/micro stakes. I swear they take all kind of extra hidden rake since yeah 5% doesn't seem bad on the surface. I pretty much only play on there for fun when im fd up cuz its so soft. I wouldn't recommend it if you're actually trying to build a bankroll. Maybe 100 or 200nl is a bit better on rake but idk. I play acr/ignition for serious grinding. Don't have stars in my state
@@el.and04 ill contemplate it when i have bigger sample size, but right now i obliterated the nl5 and nl10 over a 15k sample size + im still getting the juicy 20% bonus rakeback from the welcome promotion. Thank you very much for the advice regardless.

@@jrm8206 yeah but petes line is really easy to respond to with hand reading. just jam flushes and 2p+ is indifferent.
