Anyway I'm not moaning about a kickass kickflip montage like this man, keep 'em coming! Personal next fav is varial heel ;)

@@storied_skateboarding I have heard about Geoff Rowley kickfliping that 6 flat 6 at the Poway Preforming Arts center, but have never seen the footage. The spot is a mile from my house and I thought it was a myth until now. Didn't think it was possible to ollie much less kickflip. It is huge and long. The fact that you got this in here is next level impressive!
I think it's pretty obvious that shecks has the number one. The spot is so gnarly that nobody else has ever touched it. And likely never will. El Toro has had countless people hucking down it. The Costco Gap is like Goliath. There was only one man that could slay it.
My only gripe would be Milton Martinez should be higher on the top 10. But as long as el toros kick flip is number one the list is solid in my view. Thanks for all the good content !!
Yeah you can say what you want about the man but he always had an amazing kick flip, he had quite a few really good tricks, and he did well. and a kick flip was one of them.
Decenzo and Sheckler's were absolute monsters! Jaws at clipper blew my mind, Miltons down the carwash. Enzos down the massive blocks. El Toro. Reynolds changed the game at Davis. Theres too many inredible ones
This is really interesting to me because Sheckler has the best combination of "knows the trick the best" and "single best one", but Bachinksy absolutely has the very best one. Such a fun topic 💯
All of these kickflips are so sick. Since i started skateboarding i have always had a big heart for Andrew Reynolds and his early days of skating. The first kickflip from his «The end» part is my all time favourite. The style of the 90’s with the baggy pant, plain white tee, black etnies shoes pretty much makes skateboarding for me. The epitamy of skateboarding❤️ The Boss forever
Shecklers was leagues more impressive. Bachinski only won because people are obsessed with that stair set. Sheckler nearly backside flipped it for Christ sake
You could easily shuffle this list around and I'd find a way to agree with it. So many bangers. My personal favorite is Heath's kickflip over the hydrant. That's how you want a kickflip to feel.
Super sick video and compilation! In my head the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack was playing during the build up. Jaws at Clipper and Shecklers off the Encinitas sign bank also come to mind. These videos are super epic! Cheers!!!
Love bachinskys. The way he caught it and did everything in one motion and took the impact is so smooth. Also doing anything but a kickflip would look ridiculous with those kicks on the 775🤣
Milton’s is the gnarliest kick flip ever done by far! All the best skaters can kick flip big stairs and gaps, but kick flipping off a massive roof into a steep bank on one of the busiest streets in LA is insane!

Each kickflip has it own magic to it! So hard to say what’s the best one….some are so gnarly which huge drops, other are just a piece of art just on flat ground. The flick, the catch, the height, the drop, the distance, the beauty and on & on. You can’t put all Kickflips in 1 box….skateboarding is amazing ❤❤❤

A really credible top 10, all more than deserving in their own right, and what a magnificent show reel of honourable mentions it was too. Great range of eras to have paid respects to. You just cant beat a Storied top 10 best/biggest trick video.... wonder what trick we'll be treated to next?!

Jake Anderson did a kickflip over a cop car the short way that disappeared after the Insta Stories were gone. I believe it was an FA event in 2022. Similar to Danny Garcia's but even better. The world needs to see it!
Bachinskey is def my number 1. Iconic spot everyone knows is the biggest popular spot and dude did the only flip trick on it. No one else could flip down it, that thing is a monster and the battle he went thru for it, nuts
Severely overrated spot imo. Backinskeys kick flip was legendary for the time but to say nobody else could land a flip trick down it is outright ignorant. Jaws kick flip meloned it to snapped board, Joslin would’ve ridden away with a tre flip and Sheckler nearly backside flipped the damn thing. Costco was a full 6 feet taller than el Toro. We all know Sheckler could kick flip el Tori if he wanted to but nobody else to our knowledge could kick flip 15 foot costco

The issue with this spot is that it's hard to understand how massive the set is on video while other gaps might appear bigger when they're not.

Bachinski was up against the same gap, same risk of breaking a truck, but he didn’t break one cuz he did it only in 6 tries, joslin took too long to put down the tre. I was actually just at the Costco Sheckler kickflipped today grocery shopping. I parked in the back right next to it. It doesn’t look as nuts from the bottom, but then I walked to the top… and looked down, plus factoring in the gap, the fence, and flipping into it basically blind and thought hollllly shiiiiiit!!!!!!! 😮🤯
Brad Cromer's kickflip over the NYC blubba, also he did a kickflip in his "Turns Pro" concret wall and he did a crazy kickflip in another NYC spot which Miles Silvas switch kickflipped recently
Mike Rosa had a super smooth floaty kickflip over a make shift Homedepot step ladder kicker thing. Not the craziest ever done but still the best looking imo. Logic 7 I believe.

Great montage and top 10. Always going to be subjective. Clearly different criteria used for different selections (historical impact, style, how gnarly). Only thing I'd say is that having multiple tricks from the same skater in the top 10, kinda implies that the list is about who has the greatest kickflips, rather than what are the 10 greatest kickflips ever done. And maybe thats fine! It's hard to come up with the perfect caption for such a huge, subjective, and ambiguous task.

He only posts a couple times a year on instagram and when he does its about Nothing Special (bearings) Or some high end clothing brand. I know he still rips I just wonder what he is up to. Sheckler's gotta take #1, nobody else is running over there to try and grab them that spot. That thing massive. But there were a ton if great flips leading to the countdown too though.
Missed a major kickflip by Sheckler. The one he did on the roof gap to street for his ender in Oakley Our Life is NUTS. Its another spot where only he has skated. Gotta make a TH-cam short on that one or something.
There’s a lot of amazing ones but my favorite goes to Reynolds’s Davis gap. For where he was at in his career and to put everything he had into that part in stay gold at his age that’s the winner for me.
Personally I would’ve put Sheckler as #1 but I understand Bachinsky was the one that changed the kickflip forever with el toro. They’re both 1A and 1B 🥶
Milton Martinez might be the illest one down the car wash. dude breaks his ankle goes back and gets it. They’re ALL amazing, but that kind of takes it for me. He only posts a couple times a year on instagram and when he does its about Nothing Special (bearings) Or some high end clothing brand. I know he still rips I just wonder what he is up to. Such an awesome style his arms just hang on his relaxed shoulders. I wonder why he doesn’t have more out. Like he doesn’t want the people to know that he’s still in the sport.

There’s a lot of amazing ones but my favorite goes to Reynolds’s Davis gap. For where he was at in his career and to put everything he had into that part in stay gold at his age that’s the winner for me.
