When you say, 0.4 of preservatives if using a 4oz , but 10% if using other size (oz) what do that mean can you give me an example please??? I will glad 😀 thank u
Hey, so it’s 10% the size of jar! 10% of 4oz is 0.4. 10% of 6oz is 0.6. 10% of 8oz is 0.8. This is the recommended percentage for optiphen preservative! What preservative do you use?

Hey! Thank you so much 😊 the melt and pour soap won’t work because it’ll harden too fast! Thats made to use for soap bars!

Instead of the whip base can I use an emulsifying wax cuz I was trying to do a emulsified sugar scrub opposed to a foaming sugar scrub...any advice.
Hey, I’m not 100% sure about that one. The whip base is soap so it helps with the foaming and lathering part. An emulsifier is a binder for products with water and oil. Also whenever I melt down my emulsifier and let it sit for 1 minute it becomes very hard. I hope that helps. Someone else may have a recipe for it or more information!

Love the video great job. I’m just curious how the base looks over the past few weeks. I seen it was .50 oils and I was wondering if it stayed in the formula well or did it start to separate? I was curious of trying melt and pour to replace the butter but with the same ounces and to replace the coconut and apricot with just .50 oz of sweet almond oil. If you get a chance I would love to hear your opinion on the formula I just posted about. Thank you so much I love how your jars look after piping as well you do a great job! 😊
Also I was wondering how much fragrance did you use?
As for fragrance I free hand because some fragrances aren’t as strong as others but use no more than 0.30 oz ( or however much it says on the bottle) cause it can irritate the skin!
Hey, so they don’t separate! I didn’t add the emulsifier in here because I didn’t have any! But you can add 0.10 oz ( 4oz jar) of an emulsifier to your recipe. The emulsifier helps bond water and oil together this will keep it from separating
